Company History Upon retirement in March 2006 from the firm of Rosenbaum Design Group (RDG) New York, as a Senior Associate, Architect Frank S. Yulo made plans to spend his retirement time with his family and granddaughters. Having worked for more than two decades, his mind could not leave architecture. In late October 2006, Frank visited his former office to see old friends and co-employees. He was informed that the firm had several projects but could not find CAD operators to match RDG's requirements. The idea to outsource their projects was presented to the principal, Roy Rosenbaum. After weeks of reviews and studies, Architect Frank S. Yulo was given the approval to open an office in the Philippines to work exclusively on RDG's projects. During the time that RDG was studying the proposal; Rene Rojas was contacted in the Philippines by Frank to start "the work". In short, Rene's meetings with the consultants, Mr. Aji Camua and Mrs. Michelle Saculo, bore fruits. In two short months, personnel were trained to the standards of RDG and equipments were bought and assembled in its present office at Wack Wack Twin Towers, Wack Wack, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. On January 2nd, 2007, 2TRassociates started operation with Frank Yulo and Rene Rojas as Partners, Chester Sadernas and Architect Michael Frederick Z. Lazo as Lead CAD Consultants and Marilen Ofrasio and Maria Airee Acorda as CAD draftsmen. Later on, Armando Severino, Michelle Gaffud, Ernesto Juico and Troy Alcala were added to the team as Cad draftsmen. On July 2007, Architect Michael Frederick Z. Lazo was made General Manager and CAD Standards Manager of 2TRassociates until October 2008. From then on meetings were held as to how to expand the business. A new office was setup at Angelus Plaza Building in the heart of the Central Business District of Makati City, Philippines where research and training was held in handling different CAD standards. A new staff was assembled to be composed of highly qualified, technically literate and well-versed cad outsourcing draftsmen, trained to easily adjust and adapt to different cad drafting standards and procedures. On October 2009, CadAxis.com as the successor of 2TRassociates and with the blessing of Architect Frank S. Yulo, was spearheaded by Architect Michael Frederick Z. Lazo as Owner, Architect Rhea Grace Dapoc as CAD Standards Manager, and Armando Severino as Lead CAD consultant. CadAxis.com has now opened its doors to new clients.

I. Our basic package for 3 months. Contract Inclusion:
A. Production Team
1. Production Team Manager *. Responsibilities:
a. Exclusive to client's use
b. Coordination with clients (unlimited)
c. Cad Standards Management
d. Quality Control
e. Staff Management
f. Timetable Management
g. Consultant coordination (with client’s authorization)
h. Working hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm GMT +8 (very negotiable especially for client coordination purposes)
B. 4 cad draftspeople. Responsibilities:
1. 160 hours limit per draftsperson per month
2. Maximum of 8 hours per day, not transferrable (negotiable)
a. Working hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm GMT +8 (negotiable)
b. Not limited to one project
c. Limited to one cad standard
d. 2D drafting only (price can be minimally adjusted for minor 3D works)
i. Unlimited revisions
ii. Smart Drafting**
iii. Required overtime by client will be deducted from the contract hours accordingly with overtime multiplier by Philippine Labor Code

E. Well documented progress reports
F. All draftsperson will be duly trained to familiarize and comply accordingly to client’s requirements before start of contract with client
V. Client Responsibility:
A. Provide Architectural Design Intent
B. Provide Prototype or similar project (to compare method of drafting and analysis)
C. Keep the www.CadAxis.com up to date with building laws connected with the project
D. Manufacturers’ detail of involved detail drawings (e.g. sketch, website, manual or cadfile)
E. Detailed Instructions of tasks to be done (if cadfile is also being revised by client, a detailed report upon every turnover to www.CadAxis.com)
F. Detailed feedback
G. Provide allied engineering designs and details when needed**
