Sewing up:- When sewing up garmentsknitted in Caboodle we would recommendthat you use a plain yarn in a matchingcolour.

PONCHO (Make 2 pieces)TENSION23 sts and 34 rows to 20cm, (8in) overstocking stitch on 6½mm needles or the sizerequired to give correct tension.Check your tension – if less stitches use athinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.IT IS ESSENTIAL TO WORK TO THE STATEDTENSION TO ENSURE SUCCESS

Using 6½mm needles and thumb method caston 63 [65:69:73:75:78] sts loosely.1st Row. Knit.2nd Row. Purl.1st and 2nd rows will now be referred to asst-st (stocking stitch).Working in st-st (throughout) cont until workmeasures 77 [82:87:92:97:102]cm, (30¼ [32¼:34¼:36¼:38:40]in), ending with a ws row.Cast off loosely knitways.

TO MAKE UPJoin 2 pieces of work together as shown on

diagram. Pin out garment to the measurementgiven. Cover with damp cloths and leave untildry. See ball band for washing and furthercare instructions.
