BARTEK FIBER CONCRETE SPACERS (BFCS)

Loading capacity tested according to DBV recommendation, version July 2002,

cement bound spacers have to exceed a loading capacity of 2 000 N.

Compressive strength tested according to DIN 1048, part 5 on fiber

concrete square profile 100x100x100 mm is exceeding 55 N/mm2 for

our standard products.

Fiber concrete spacers have the advantage of being the

same material as concrete, this in turned, helps improve

the water tightness and strength of the concrete itself.

Bartek Systems Pile Cage

Single cover spacer without wire for vertical reinforcement

A rebar spacer is a device that secures the reinforcing steel or

rebar in reinforced concrete structures as the rebar is

assembled in place prior to the final concrete pour. The spacers

are left in the place for the pour to keep the reinforcing in place

and become a permanent part of the structure.

High compressive strength, no deformation of heat or

cold, concrete cover accurately maintained.

Spacers remain in position during formwork erection and

concreting.

The wide base of these spacers provide optimal stability

which make them ideal for reinforcement bars on deck,

including radial grounding, heavy load: laying and beams.

Curing time: 28 days.

Compressive strength tested according to DIN 1048 part 5 on

fiber concrete cube profile 100x100x100 mm averages 55

N/mm2 for our standard products.

Bartek Systems Plastic Spacers (Circular) BPS

The most widely used plastic spacers for precast and on site concrete applications, Bartek

Systems plastic spacers are for universal use. They come with clamping tongues for a wide

range of rebar sizes. The wide contact surface and foot members increase load capacity and

prevent tipping. The open design of the spacers does not interrupt concrete flow and maintain

minimal contact with formwork.

Bartek Systems Pile Cage Spacers are mainly used for construction of reinforced foundations,

such as in situ piling and diaphragm wall applications. Specially designed to give cover to pile

cage reinforcement steel. Bartek Systems Pile Cage spacers act as a guide wheel when the

reinforcement cage is lowered into the ground.

Bartek Heavy Duty Chair Spacer (BHD)

Bartek Heavy Duty Chair Spacers are made of strong and

durable plastic material and can support a spot load of

100 kg (1 KN). Intended for heavy reinforcement bars,

BHD spacers conform to the requirements of the German

Concrete Association.

The wide base of these spacers provide optimal stability

which make them ideal for reinforcement bars on deck,

including radial grounding, heavy loads laying and beams.

BHD Spacers can accommodate varying bar diameters up

to 24 mm. Its design also ensures free flow of concrete

and minimal contact with the formwork.

Another positive feature is its integral carbonation barrier

for concrete protection.

Bartek Systems Pile Cages Spacers are mainly used for

construction of reinforced foundations, such as in situ piling

and diaphragm wall applications. Specially designed to give

cover to pile cage reinforcement steel. Bartek systems pile

cages spacers act as a guide wheel when the reinforcement

cage is lowered into the ground. They also maintain the

correct cover when the concrete is poured and pumped.

Bartek Systems HD PVC Pipe Spacers (Duct Spacer) Bartek Systems HD PVC

Pipe Spacers are unique and multipurpose systems for

all kinds of construction applications, like underground

cable duct system and industrial cable solution. Duct

spacers are designed to support an arrangement of

ducts within a trench until the time it can be filled with

grout or similarly suitable fill material. They also

maintain accurate duct separation and alignment, which

promotes reduced pulling tension. The spacers provide

independent support and separation of each duct. The

spacers design allow more accurate distances between

ducts for optimum concrete flow and maximize trench

area and grout.

Multi-tooth locks firmly hold pipe together pipes preventing

separation.
