WHO ARE THEY???

The Global Poverty Project organization was founded in 2008 by Hugh Evans and Simon Moss. Their aim is to

combat poverty and believe it could be diminished within a generation (The Global Poverty Project, n.d.).

WHAT THEY DO

Some of the actions that the Global Poverty Project have done to improve the conditions of poverty around the

world is by:

• Designing and hosting campaigns

• Capitalize on influential events and significant people

• Communicate the actions and voices of the global citizens to achieve victory in campaigns

THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Their campaign, Live Below the Line has raised USD $10 million

• 200,000 people have joined to support their campaigns

• Their campaign called The End of Polio has made a huge USD $750 million towards polio elimination
