Familiarize yourself with the various BeB “roles” and capabilities of each: • Setup role (Allow this user to set up templates) - entitles the user to set up template capabilities for only those services and accounts to which the user has been entitled. • Approver role (Allow this user to approve transactions) - entitles the user to transmit capabilities for only those services to which the user has been entitled. • Administrator role (Grant this user administrative privileges) - allows the user to add, modify, copy and delete users, modify their roles, services and account access, rename accounts, and modify the number of approvers required for requests.

Review/update user phone numbers. Click on the Administration tab in the BeB navigation and click on “Manage users” located under Company Administration. Once on the Manage Users page, under Manage Existing Users, select the User ID to edit the contact information.

To con�rm your identity, step-up authentication may be required in addition to your user ID and password. This additional security step, also known as Out-of-Band Authentication (OOBA), allows you to authenticate through the use of a one-time security code when your device pro�le isn’t recognized when attempting to login to Business eBanking or Business Mobile Banking.

Log in to Business eBanking (BeB) using your new credentials. (If you did not log in during the Preview Period, you will need your company ID, user ID, and the starter password assigned to you. If you logged in during the Preview Period, you have a new, personalized password that you created.) You can also set up your text and email alerts.

Q: What is a core system? Why is AbbyBank upgrading its core banking system?

A: The core system is the primary operating system that allows us to transact many of our daily banking functions and delivers solutions that help you achieve your business goals. After over a year of researching di�erent core systems, we found a partner that could help provide you with the capabilities we’ve never had before! We will be o�ering more technology, enhanced products, and services to better �t your �nancial needs for future growth. While exciting enhancements are coming, we promise our most established and traditional banking practices will remain the same.

Q: When is AbbyBank upgrading its core system?

A: The conversion to our new system will begin on Friday, November 6, 2020, after the Bank closes, and will be completed by the morning of Monday, November 9, 2020. We will be closed on Saturday, November 7, 2020 to process the conversion.

Q: Will my account number(s) and loan terms stay the same?

A: Yes. Account numbers in e�ect on conversion weekend will stay the same. You may also use your existing checks and deposit slips inde�nitely. Your interest rate and loan terms will not change.

Q: Can I continue to use my existing debit card?

A: Yes. You may continue to use your existing debit card. AbbyBank ATMs and debit cards will be available for purchases throughout conversion weekend. Balance inquiries and transfers will not be available during conversion weekend.

Q: Are daily cuto� times staying the same?

A: Yes. Transaction cut o� time will remain the same as it is now, end of day.

Q: Will there be a period of time where I will not have access to my funds?

A: You will still have access to your funds. We are planning the conversion over the weekend of November 6th - 8th to minimize the impact on you. We always suggest carrying two forms of payment with you to avoid any unplanned disruption of service.

Q: Will the conversion a�ect my online banking service?

A: Your online banking access will be suspended at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 6th. Account and transaction history will remain in the system. Your Business Banker will contact you sometime between October 26th and November 5th to provide you with a temporary password for login during the Preview Period. Access to your new online banking will be available at 8:00 am on Monday, November 9th.

Q: Will account balances be “real time”?

A: Yes, we will update your account throughout the day depending on the type of transactions. When you make a purchase, the balance that is available on your ATM or check card is updated immediately.

Q: What will happen to my Bill Payments? Will Pay a Person be available in Business eBanking (BeB)?

A: Bill Pay Payee information will be converted. Please con�rm all your payees are listed as anticipated. Alerts will need to be recreated as needed. The Pay a Person feature will not be available in BeB.

Q: Will I continue to use my token to authenticate access? What should I do with the token I currently use?

A: No, Out-of-Band Authentication will be conducted instead via phone code entry (verbal or text message options). After conversion, please return your token to AbbyBank at your earliest convenience.

Q: Will Cash Management users come over with permissions?

A: No, the Business eBanking Primary User/Administrator will grant the access and level of authority to each user.

Q: Will my ACH batches convert over to the new system?

A: Yes, ACH batches present in Batch listing at time of conversion will be available in template form.

Q: What will happen to my scheduled payments and internal transfers?

A: Scheduled payments and transfers will not be converted to the new system. Please set these up as needed after conversion.

Q: Will my positive pay outstanding issues convert over?

A: Yes, all outstanding issued positive pay items will be converted.

Q: How do I access Mobile Banking?

A: You will need to login to Business eBanking before you can successfully login to Mobile Banking. You will also need to download our new Business Mobile Banking app for businesses which will be available for download in Google Play and the App Store starting on Monday, November 9th.

Q: How do I start depositing through Mobile Deposit?

A: Once you have successfully logged into Mobile Banking, you will be able to re-enroll in Mobile Deposit.

Q: Will my repetitive wires convert over to the new system?

A: Wire information previously entered will be available in template form in the new system.
