Workplan
• Before embarking on your study, you must have a clear idea about the duration of the study
• You can design a crude workplan early during protocol development
• the plan cannot be finalized before doing a pilot study which aims at pre-testing all the elements of the research.
Workplan
• a. Aims:
• i. to assess the feasibility of the study
• ii. to enable local authorities and/or funding agencies to make an informed decision about the study
• iii. to help in monitoring the progress of the work.
Workplan
