Dorma in Germany. Even

the cabinet hinges were

changed during construction

to a German Haefel ones.

The wood panelling as you

enter is the same one used

in the KLCC Convention

Centre.

All the marbles used in the

house were individually

sunlight into the house

throughout the day, and the

lights in Carree D’Art are

LED lights, which are 85%

more efficient and emit 80%

less heat than conventional

halogen lights, all of which

make Carre D’Art one of the

greenest homes in

Malaysia.

rooftop entertainment deck

that keeps it cool even on

the gate mechanism it

The swimming pool has four

layers of waterproofing

including a final layer which

uses a German-made

compound.
