To Whom It May Concern,
I have known Brian Drake for 7 years both personally and professionally. In my experience with
him he has proven to be a diligent and loyal person who prides himself on working independently to accomplish goals and tasks.
Brian is first and for most a diligent person. His work has always come without error or complaint. He doesn’t require constant feedback or additional instruction to accomplish his goals and produces results. When given specific projects he consistently takes note of the requirements and sets about to accomplish those results with little direction. I have known Brian to be an extremely loyal person. His dedication to teamwork and superiors is complimentary to his diligence. His dedication to those around him and his part in the team’s objectives is high on his priority list.
Brian is also very goal oriented. He works best when the objectives are clearly spelled out but in the absence of clear objectives he is able to assign them independently. He is a methodical person which lends well to his independence.
Brian would make an excellent team member to any group he was a part of.
