The scheme involved the refurbishment of the old Royal Infirmery, transforming it into an executive lounge with conference suites and state of the art audio and visual equipment. The refurbishment included the fit-out of 5no rooms to a very high specification to ceilings, wall, new lighting system and mechanical works to provide both heating and ventilation. Bespoke manufactured joinery items were manufactured and installed from our workshop. The work was undertaken within a occupied building, open 12 hours each week day, and involved close involvement and close consultation throughout the Contract Period with the Client, End User, Architect, Project Manager and M&E Consultants.

We had a permanent Site Working Foreman who reported to a Contracts Manager who visited three times a week and who reported to a Director, all of whom where part of an overall team intent on providing a First Class, Succesfull Contract, delivered on time and within budget.
