BP Budget Petroleum Trading LLC (BP Trading
LLC) is leaded by a team of professionals having
extended track record in the Oil & Gas Industry
and other commodities.
BP Trading LLC, being part of ”Budget Group of
Companies”, is a young company that has been
created after BP President & CEO left his political
career and decided to move to the UAE in
2014. BP Trading LLC emerged in response to the
global energy challenges encountered in the Free
Trade market. This ’second line’ market needs
knowledgeable Consultancy and a reference point
that serves equitably the interests of both supplier
and client, thus smooth transaction. ”The perfect
match” can only be achieved by monitoring the
needs of both parties and bring tailor-made

We regularly trade in: Jet Fuels, Diesel D2, D6, Mazut M100 type 75/99, EN590, CST 180/280/380, LNG, LPG & Bitumen.
We operate under transparent prevailing and with
professional approach by way of trading regularly
under these procedures hence they are non
negotiable and strictly followed throughout our line
of business.

We work as Mandate for the sales offices of a
well-known refineries group and with an allocation
holder petroleum company. This makes us an
international all-round important player in the
global market of oil & gas. We have become a
reliable source for fuels and crude oil to an
international marketplace that is in need of
experienced and strongly principled sources and
are willing to work hard to produce the results that
our sellers expect & buyers deserve. We are
continuing to grow significantly by adding new
reliable sources of fuels and crude oil, adapting
rapidly to market changes. We represent as
mandate the fifth world producer of refined
petroleum products. Our management and operational systems address
critical aspects of our business including ethics,
safety, corporate security, environment
performance, operational reliability, business
controls, project execution and extremely
confidential external affairs. Our company’s
business model focuses on commodities trading
and improvement in operational systems
eliminating operating bottlenecks. The sizeable capital has been injected into the
company by the share holders.

1. We market production contracts and CI Dip&Pay contracts for JP-54, D2, D6, MAZUT M100 75/99,
Fuel Oil CST 180/280/380, EN590, Gasoline 95, LNG, LPG, Bitumen and Crude Oil. From time to time,
we also work for Title Holders.
2. BP Trading LLC is authorised to sell BLCO on behalf of NNPC Nigeria
3. Our products are immediately liftable
4. We will only deal with legitimate end buyers who are ready to provide documentation
5. We do reciprocate with Proof of Funds (POF) but only between Principals
6. SBLC and BG payment mechanisms are not acceptable. Only one month Revolving Documentary
Letter of Credit (RDLC) are accepted.
7. Transfer of title is made by seller’s bank to buyer’s bank only.
8. Regarding Proof of Product (POP): POP upfront is not what it seems to be. A Proof of Product is
often requested by inexperienced buyers who believe it will give them some guarantee of the
existence of the product and ability of the supplier to deliver. Please note that many POP’s are FAKE.
9. Product Passport and other documents are only transacted Bank-to-Bank.
10. Letter of Intent with banking coordinates on End buyer’s letterhead along with Company Profile is the
only way we initiate discussion with buyers. Short of that, no need to engage.
11. The countries we particularely don’t do business with – directly or indirectly – are: Iran, Syria, Ghana
and Sudan.

Products Supply Resources
40 years of network and relationship management has led
to a unique availability of huge amounts of products which
can be loaded at almost each port in Russia and a few
outside (Turkey, Holland). All their access points and
refineries are connected to the Russian pipeline net and
have access to all of them.
Seller's grown relationship over decades to the (mainly but
not exclusive) Russian oil infrastructure brings them into the
outstanding position that they can deliver higher amounts
than the competitors in the market. Seller can combine
several options and deliver large quantities.
Our seller also built up all transportation and logistics facilities with charter companies
on JV and partnership basis. This guarantees that they can deliver what they produce -
ASWP - means to Any Safe Port in the world.
As for the seller’s transactional history, Seller is supplying fuel to various state and
private large organizations. They are providing D2 to the Fujairah/UAE Government as
well as LNG to the Governments of Chile, Porto Rico and Brazil. They supply Jet Fuel to
three top Majors of the United States, Mazut and LNG to several other buyers. For its
international transactions Seller always uses and solely accept Prime banks such as UBS,
HSBC, Standard Chartered bank, Barclays, Chase Manhattan, Citi Bank or any bank
ranked in the Top 50.
Within our exclusive portfolio of well-known Title Holders that regularly offer spot contracts, we are pleased to act as official mandate for the World’s 5th Producer of Refined Petroleum. Our main seller produces and exports a wide range of refined products (Jet fuels, Mazut,
D2, D6, CST180/380, etc.) and gas (LNG, LPG)
Seller's owns two refineries plus one in purchase process. Asides from that, seller owns
shares (over 60%) in 6 other refineries in Russia.
Clientele
Our portfolio of buyers is sophisticated. We like to treat with serious parties that have a
substantial track record in the industry and are credit worthy. One of our tasks as
mandate and official representative is to evaluate potential buyers before introducing
them to our sellers, this in order to have smooth operation and all in the benefit of both
sides. As often, potential buyers are represented by at least one intermediary, in order to
get immediate transparency, we start always by signing a non-disclosure & fee
protection agreement so that everybody feels comfortable enough to introduce us to
their client or client’s mandate, this, in case there are questions to be answered.
Important to know that procedures offered are not negotiable.
Zahid Bashir, President/ CEO
Zahid is an entrepreneur & technocrat. He has more than eighteen years of domestic and international experience in full-‐time and consultancy based service to governments and the private industry. As the Prime Minister House Press Secretary under Prime Minister Gilani and being his Spokeman. Zahid was an integral part of the core team of the Prime Minister. His duties included traveling with and attending virtually all meetings in Pakistan and abroad, accompanying the Prime Minister on state visit. Zahid has held key positions within the government of Pakistan being as well the Director Marketing of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Director General of the Pakistan Post, Senior Advisor to the Governor of Punjab and Chairman of the Red Cresent Society (Red Cross) Punjab, Pakistan.
Zahid owns a group of companies called Budget Group in Pakistan & UAE including Budget Rent-‐a-‐car (Private) Limited Master franchisee of Budget Rent-‐a-‐car Corporation in Pakistan, Budget Communications (Private) Limited as sole distributor of Dish TV for the Pakistani market. Zahid is partnering with Nasser Al Gurhair, Director of the Algurhair group in Pespa Aluminium LLC, exclusive distributor of Pespa Aluminium Albania for Gulf countries & Pakistan and LPG Budget General Trading LLC in Dubai.

Dr. Mouza Obaid Ghanim Ghubash Muhairi, Director/Share holder Dr. Mouza is holding Doctorate in sociology from Cairo university (1987). Dr Mouza is the general Secretary of Sheikha Shamsa bint Suhail award for creative women. She is the Director of Rewaq Ousha Bint Hussein Cultural and Educational Training institute,Director of Humanity Studies Association , Vice Chairperson of the Arab network for open and distance education. She is author and presenter of the program Rewaq weekly on Emirates Channel. Also she was the member of advisory board for Ministry of labor and social affairs. She was the Chairperson of the Standing Committee of Community Affairs Supreme Council for National Security. She is a orator and writer. She published more than 10 books in different topics. she has bagged many national and international awards.

Giuseppe Orza is a businessman who has over 25 years of experience in several industries, mainly in China. As skilled innovator, he developed 55 industrial sites for the most important Chinese families. Giuseppe has several patents registered in USA and Japan. He has created many successful brands, including Hortz (electronics) and O.I.W. (watches), selling until today in more than 30 Countries. In 2008, his watch, called W4, turned to be the most innovative watch and most popular in the world. He developed important projects and innovations for a television factory in Noida, India, the “Calcom Vision Ltd”. He has been reported many times by the national and international press. Since 2007, he is performing successfully as trader in the Oil & Gas industry.

Veronique Lenders, Executive Director
Veronique has a strong background in Marketing and Communication. At the beginning of her career she worked for 6 years at several positions for Canon headoffice Europe & Middle East. Later on, with 2 patents on her name and succesfully reaching the market, she has been decorated as ’Technostarter’ for the commercialisation of her own product line. In 2001, she has been as well for 3 years Member of the Board of the Dutch Chamber of Inventors (NOVU). Being a mother of 3 children, she re-‐started her career later on as Strategic Marketeer, Merger and Business Consultant, coaching small & medium companies, mainly oriented on techno innovations. She likes mixing longterm and short term projects. Longterm in the Technology sector and short term for the Commodity Free Trade market, especially focussing on the Oil & Gas Industry. Veronique is a team-‐player who believes that ’Harmony’ within a transaction is one of the main keys to succesful closings. She is a strong but diplomatic Negotiator and Mediator who brings structure and motivates.
Branko Nenadic B.Sc., Petrochemical Director Graduated from Rijeka chemical school for refinery process management and Zagreb University for safety professionals, He was a member of American Society of Safety Engineers. He has certificates issued by Croatian Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare as well as Institute for Toxicology. Branko has worked over 40 years for INA d.d., Oil & gas company that is a member of the MOL group owning the largest refineries in Central Europe.
Bert Anthony Durant, Global Markets Consultant Bert is from Los Angeles, California, USA. He has founded and managed succesfully several companies from IT training and consulting firm, to a real estate agency and mortgage loan brokerage. Mr. Durant and his family now live in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has worked 8 years in the petroleum industry.
Deleno Van Wyk, Director Aviation Deleno Van Wyk CEO of Ikhutala Commodities PTY LTD Founded in 2008 With 8 years of experience in Oil, Energy & Minerals and has very vast experience dealing with the aviation industry, Deleno's speciality selling Aviation Jet to the airline industry, is added value to the existing board of BP. His field of expertise is International Sales , Business Development, and Contract Negotiations.
Sajid Mahmood Tahir, Consultant Italy Sajid is a diversified businessman and well know social personality in Italy. His appointment as Consultant to liaison with Italian oil companies and solicit business within Italy.
ALi Kasaj, Consultant Balkan States Ali is a renown name in the field of aluminium and had been in this business for almost 3 decades with 6 international patents and 24 drawings. Had been with budget petroleum for a year to secure EN590 10 PPM & Gasoline 95 contracts within the Balkan States.
