Turn trash into treasure by making a piece of art for the garden.

Instructions

1. Put bottle caps flat side down on a piece of old paper. Arrange them in a circle with one cap in the center.

3. Place the top of the skewer or popsicle stick in the middle of the flower and, with parental supervision, hot glue in place. Let cool.

trash after you throw it away?

2. What else can you make with bottle caps?

4. When the hot glue has set, flip the flower over and paint the flat side of the bottle caps. To completely cover each bottle cap, apply 2-3 coats of paint. Let dry. When the paint is dry, apply a coat of glue thinned with water or ModPodge and let dry.

5. Stick in your garden and admire!
