BYZANTINE CIVILIZATION AND ITSCULTURAL-HISTORICAL HERITAGE

- On Unique Synthesis beyond the East and West Summary

In this article author wrote about Byzantine history and heritage,analyzing in uence of Roman civilization, Greek culture and Christi-anity on its development. The author analyzed the causes for the birthand development of Byzantine civilization achievements, continuity, itssigni cance and in uence on other states, cultures and civilizations, aswell as the causes for its disintegration. The objective of such analysiswas to present formal, doctrinarian and conceptual differences betweenthe civilizations, as well as the causalities and laws within their dif-ferent historical processes and their developmental dynamics. In the
