The University of Fribourg is ranked as one of the best swiss universities and benefits from a mul- ti-national and cultural context. Students come from all over Switzerland to study in the various domains and faculties offered by the University of Fribourg.
Students benefit from an exceptional advan- tage as the University of Fribourg is the only fully bilingual university in Switzerland. Students therefore have the possibility to take courses in both german and french, allowing them to ex-pose and argue in both languages, an impor-tant asset at both national and internatio- nal levels.
Students are also offered the opportunity to de- velop their skills abroad via several exchange programs offered by the University of Fribourg. Students can choose to spend half of their stu-dies in partnership with the Paris II University, or to take part in the Swiss European Mobility pro-gram, which allows them to spend one or two semesters at another university.
The direct access to practice with various se- minars and Moot Courts and the diversity of courses successfully prepares students for a career in the domain of law.
Law Days
Law Days is a recruitment event organized by students for law students. Law firms, administra- tions, companies and other law practitioners gather with the aim of showing law students the various career choices available to them after their studies. This event is also the oppor- tunity for legal employers to meet and discuss with potential job candidates.
The event will take place over a week on the ‘Mi- séricorde’ Campus of the University of Fri-bourg.
Law fair - New !The Law Far is the perfect opportunity to directly inte-ract and present yourselves to students. Each company has a stand where they can present their recruitment opportunities and their com-pany in general. The Law Fair will take place on the premises of the Fa-culty of Law, which gua-rantees a strong visibility for companies looking to recruit law students. The fair is reser-ved exclusively for law stu-dents.
Date : 1st of March 2016
One-to-one meeting
For firms who are willing to recruit their future interns or co-worker during this event, we can provide a special room reserved for meetings with students individually. A pre- liminary selection is made to guarantee the ac-cordance between partici-pants and researched pro-files.
« Speed dating »
Recruitment speed datings are quick interviews with stu- dents (3-5 minutes per stu- dents) during which compa- nies can form an opinion of candidates. The maximum duration is 90 minutes. A networking apero will follow the speed dating event to of-fer the company the possibi-lity to discuss with students in an informal manner.
Presentation
A unique opportunity to present your company, institution or pu- blic organization to students,.You can choose the topic and present the benefits of work ing for your company for up to 45 minutes. A networking apero will be organized after the presen-tation.
Workshop
The workshop provides the op- portunity to assess and directly interact with students for up to 4 hours. You will have the possibility to give training in various areas of your choice. Coffee breaks or an apero will be organised af- ter the workshop to discuss with students individually.
