Board of Advisors role, rights and responsibilities.
7.1. Cuerpos Asesores (Board of Advisors - BoA) 7.1.1. De la naturaleza del BoA: El Cuerpo Asesor (BoA) es un cuerpo externo a la organización,
independiente, voluntario, de carácter consultivo, y con fines de asesorar las actividades operativas y estratégicas de los Comités Locales y del Comité Miembro. Son cargos de alta responsabilidad que demandan gran involucramiento con los Comités.
7.1.2. De los miembros del BoA: Los Cuerpos Asesores pueden ser formados por personalidades gubernamentales, universitarias y profesionales. Es aconsejable que tengan diferentes perfiles profesionales y provenga de diferentes sectores de la sociedad, de manera que su aporte contribuya a las diferentes necesidades de la organización.
7.1.3. De las Derechos, Deberes y Facultades del BoA
7.1.3.1. De sus Derechos: • Recibir un informe trimestral de las actividades y resultados logrados de los comités.• Ser considerados y reconocidos públicamente como colaboradores honoríficos de AIESEC Nicaragua.
7.1.3.2. De sus Deberes: • Apoyar al desarrollo de habilidades de los miembros de AIESEC, mediante capacitaciones.• Reunirse mínimo 4 veces al año con el Cuerpo Ejecutivo del Comité Nacional, para evaluar los resultados,
planeaciones y estrategias desarrolladas, y dar retroalimentación.
7.1.3.3. De sus Facultades: • Asistir, colaborar y contribuir con sus conocimientos y habilidades tanto personales como profesionales en
las operaciones y decisiones del Comité.• Contribuir con contactos para el desarrollo de la red de contactos.

leadership and entrepreneurships

make them understand better the AIESEC purpose and why
AIESEC is valuable in their lives.
