Custom Converting . Private Labeling . Custom Packaging

Blue Ridge Converting can custom convert your material to meet your specific needs. We offer a wide range of services, including slitting, perforating, quarter-folding and a wide range of packaging options.

Private labeling and custom packaging is available on any product. If a standard put-up or packaging does not meet your specific needs, we will work with you to develop a product to handle your individual requirements. We offer black and white or colored labels and custom printed boxes which includes logo and any pertinent information. The cost varies depending on customer's needs.

We can also handle your logistics and shipping needs by drop-shipping to your customers’ location.

Blue Ridge Converting Services

IN-HOUSE CONVERTING CAPABILITIES CUSTOM ROLL SLITTERS:

PERINI 1 AND PERINI 2: The Perini’s can slit a parent roll up to 102” wide x 48” in diameter. Maximum finished roll diameter is 22” and the minimum diameter on a finished roll can be as small as 2.75”. Finished roll inside cores can be 1.5” or 3”. Perforating capability is from 2.56” to 34” sheets.

ECHO SLITTER/REWINDER: The Echo can slit a roll up to 120” wide x 50” in diameter. Maximum finished roll diameter is 22” and the minimum diameter on a finished roll can be as small as 2.75”. Finished roll inside cores can be 1.5” or 3”. Perforating capability is from 2.56” to 34” sheets.

BRC 22: The BRC 22 can slit a roll 155” wide x 78” in diameter. The BRC is for slitting only, and is not able to perforate. This is used to slit master rolls in order to load them on to the Perini or Echo machines.

FLAT PACK: Several different put ups available. We can produce almost any size desired.

¼ FOLDER: Quarter Folded maximum width is 13.5”. Most ¼ folded items are 12.5” x 13”.

First Quality Airlay

Our first quality airlay is an incredibly strong and versatile wiper. Airlay is tough enough for industrial applications and absorbent enough for general purpose cleaning yet soft enough for personal care as a disposable washcloth. Airlay is a bonded cellulose with a high absorption speed and works to absorb the toughest liquids, including ink, oil and chemicals.

First Quality Scrim 2 Ply ~ 3 Ply ~ 4 Ply

Scrim is made from tissue reinforced with nylon netting. Scrim wipers are the most economical wiper for single use applications and the best choice for light to medium duty wiping jobs. The ideal wiper for glass, mirrors, metal, and other smooth surfaces where low-linting and added strength are required.

Ness-Wear II is our alternative to Tyvek® and Kleenguard® NESS-Wear II™ is a light weight polypropylene spunbonded

nonwoven fabric, laminated to a microporous polyethylene film. This material was developed with the comfort of the worker in mind. It

provides limited chemical hazard protection through a barrier that will keep liquid splashes and dirt particles out, yet still allow air to pass through freely. Order Minimum: We have no order minimums, however, if your order is $100.00 or less, we do require credit card payment. Terms: Upon credit approval, net 30 terms will be extended to orders over $100.00. All amounts past due more than 30 days from the date of invoice are subject to a late payment charge of 1½% per month. In the event of non-payment of any amount, Blue Ridge Converting, Inc., shall be entitled to recover its costs of collection, including attorney’s fees. Return of Goods: Buyer is responsible for notification to Blue Ridge Converting, Inc. for any defects with material within 15 days of receipt. Buyer is subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges incurred for returns, unless material is deemed defective. Prices subject to change without advanced notice.
