Close your eyes and count to 5.

I went down town to see Miss Brown.

She gave me a nickel to buy a pickle.

The pickle was sour so

she gave me a flower.

The flower was black so

she gave me a snack.

The snack was hard so

she gave me a card.

On the card it said:

Little Spanish dancer turn around,

Little Spanish dancer touch the ground.

Little Spanish dancer tie your shoe,

Little Spanish dancer SKIDOO.

Raspberry, strawberry,

apple jam tart.

Tell me the name

of your sweet heart.

Not last night but the night before,

24 robbers came knocking at my door.

I asked them what they wanted and this is what they said,

“Twist and turn, and touch the ground,

and out the back door you can run!”

Strawberry shortcake, huckleberry pie,

I will now say good bye.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

turn around.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

touch the ground.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

shine your shoes.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

read the news.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

go upstairs.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

say your prayers.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

turn out the light.

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

say good night.

I had a little puppy, his name was Tiny Tim.

I put him in the bathtub, to see if he could swim.

He drank up all the water, he ate a bar of soap.

The next thing you know, he had a bubble in his throat.

In came the doctor, in came the nurse, in came the lady,
