top three strings of the detuned 7-string:

Tune the low E string down a perfect fifth to A. Tune the G string down a whole step to F.

Tune the A string down a perfect fifth to D. Tune the B string down a whole step to A.

Tune the D string down a perfect fifth to G. Tune the high E string down a whole step to D.

Detuned 5-string bass (low to high: A D G C F) arr. for 4-string bass (tuned to match the bottom four strings
