tips for other business owners on how they can be successful. MEED has partnered with WBEC-West to

bring you a panel of women who have broken stereotypes, boundaries and glass ceilings, helping to

build our economy and carving a path for women business owners today.

Kimberly Koch, CEO, Tripwireless

Kimberly Koch started Tripwireless, Inc in July 2005 with the intention to create a company within the telecommunications Industry which would cater to the needs of the customer and be able to give them the support needed to maintain their telecommunications infrastructure under budgetary requirements. Kimberly and her staff have developed a strong working relationship and client list with major carriers such as US Cellular, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless as well as the RINA group. Michele L. Noel began working as a project manager in the construction industry in 1991. In 2001 she moved from Maryland and took a position as a Project Manager for a mid-size construction company in Loveland, Colorado. She has held roles in Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating and Business Development.
