TELL THEM FROM
ME SURVEY This term our school will
again be participating in
the Tell Them From Me
Survey which is a
department initiative
that provides our school
with valuable
information.
The survey will be
completed by our year
4-6 students (there
was an opt out
information letter sent
to families yesterday,
please see the office if
you would like
another copy), parents
and teachers.
Participants may skip
any questions they are
not comfortable
answering. The survey’s
purpose is to obtain
valid data which is then
used to inform future
planning and school
directions.
The 4-6 student
survey and the
teacher survey will
take place at school
before Friday the 25
October (week 2, term
4). The parent survey
window opens today
and will be available
until Friday 25
October (week 2, term
4).
The Tell Them From Me
Parent Survey is
anonymous, voluntary,
and easy to use.
It is based on a
comprehensive
questionnaire covering
parents’ perceptions of
their child’s experiences
at home and at school.
The survey will typically
take less than 30
minutes to complete.
The parent survey will
provide insights into
parent and staff
communication,
activities and practices
at home, and parent
voice on the school’s
support of learning and
behaviour, building an
accurate and timely
picture that the school
can use for practical
improvements.
The parent survey can
be accessed by
entering the link below
and following the
prompts.

P&C NEWS
FAMILY FUN NIGHT EXTRAVAGANZA
The incredible P&C collective are hosting a Friday Family Fun night extravaganza on Friday 1
November at 5:30pm, it will see a great night for all families. There will be a cake stall, sausage
sizzle, 100 club and other fun activities. We are desperately looking for people to help out in all
facets including the BBQ, cake baking, running of events and seeking sponsorship of the night.
The night is aimed at building our fantastic community and raise funds to replace our sorely
missed fort playground area. We are achieving this by hosting a BBQ and running great games
such as the 100 club and fun coin toss games. SQUDDITCH will be making a return so please
join in on the night or watch as we compete for the highly sort after Squidditch champion title.
Family Fun Night Extravaganza RSVP note for the event is attached on the back page with a
BBQ pre-order form. This will aid immensely in the planning of the night, so please be prompt
with filling it out and returning it to the school ASAP.
We are hoping to make this an annual event so please get behind this great event and help us
build our community and raise funds for the new "FORT 2.0".
No Alcohol is permitted at this event, thank you.
P&C TEAM.
