2.Yuen Long Highway and Kong Sham Western Highway wll providedirect access to and from the urban Kowloon area, thus

minimizing heavy vehicle movements within the NDA

3.proper arrangement of housing blocks and the use of special

    block design.

    4. careful siting of noisy machinery within the site; by

enclosing the noisy machinery within building structures; by

    Suggestions

1.Maintain current ecological system, reduce the project construction of

wetland and other natural resources destruction

2.Put Hung Shui Kiu and Tin shui wai as a combination. With Hung Shui Kiu`s

environment advantages, ease Tin shui wai high density of residential areas

    in the depressive feeling

3.The management problem of Shenzhen Bay is a common problem forShenzhen and HK.

reduce the river pollution caused by the low-cost manufacturing of

    Shenzhen.

4.Through the careful planning and policy guidance, reduce traffic noise

    pollution

    Conclusion

HealthcareWill HSK be a place for passing by for the people who are seeking for better quality medical services,

or will it be a medical center, which can directly serve the people from the mainland and also from local?

EducationPotential to develop HK-Shenzhen Occupation Vocational Education Center

HistoryBecause of HK book gave us a passive image, which dont mention some hardware strategies.

We should take more attention at One country, Two systems between HK and China to create an

    Ideal city in HSK.

HousingTo provide middle class people with lower density housing and bigger unit than those in Hong Kong. Housing

arrangement in Hung Shui Kiu can make up for the housing policy gap between Hong Kong and Shen Zhen

City CultureHSK should take the advantage of its location and act as a exchange buffer zone of Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

This new town should become a pioneer of Hong Kong new town planning not only for SZ people to gain exposure

but it should also make room for Hong Kong to learn in from a unconventional way, ultimately strengthen the role

    in the region.
