How to use ICONS Biff! Bam! Pow! Cards:

1. At the start of a game session, each player draws a single card from the Biff!Bam! Pow! Deck.

2. You may play a card for the listed one-time benefit at any appropriate time duringthe game. Once the card is played, it is immediately returned to the deck.

3. Each card is worth one Determination point (unless stated otherwise). You maychoose to trade a card in (without gaining any of its benefits) in exchange fora Determination point to add to your Determination pool.

You may configure a singlegadget as if you had the Gadgetspower at your Intellect rank. Ifyou already have the Gadgetspower, you automatically succeedthe Intellect test to configure agadget without having to spend aDetermination point.

Instead of using the lowestAbility level as the base andadding +1 for each higher Abilitywhen combining the Abilities oftwo or more heroes on a test, usethe highest Ability level as thebase, and add +1 for each lowerAbility contributing to the test.

Add a +3 bonus to the Effortof the next test you makeimmediately following a failedtest.

Add a +3 bonus to the Effortof a test where the Criminologyor Law Specialties might apply.This bonus is in addition to anybonus granted from possessingthese Specialties.

Apply a +3 bonus to the Effortof a test where the Athletics(Baseball), Business, Drive,Military, Nature, or StreetwiseSpecialties might apply. Thisbonus is in addition to any bonusgranted from possessing theseSpecialties.

Convert a Failure Outcome(Effect less than 0) on a singletest to a Massive Success (Effectof 5).

You discover one Weakness orPersonal Challenge (selectedrandomly by the Game Master) ofany enemy or other adversary youchoose, so that you may tag thatenemy’s Challenge to spendDetermination.
