SUBJECT: AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS FOR:
AAFES SOLICITATION NO. PL-K-REC-11-042-16-008
MAIN STORE IMAGE UPGRADE FT. BUCHANAN, PUERTO RICO AAFES PN: 5256-10-000004
The following Amendment is supplemental to the Drawings and Specifications and shall be a part of the Solicitation Documents as per the general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and other Division 1 Sections contained within the Project Manual dated 29 February 2016.
Receipt of this Amendment must be acknowledged in accordance with the instructions on the reverse of the amendment (AAFES Form 4400-18). Failure to acknowledge this Amendment on proposal OR returning signed amendment (with proposal) may result in proposal being determined non-responsive.

1. Sheet T-1.02, PHASING FLOOR PLAN; Delete Sheet T-1.02, PHASING FLOOR PLAN in entirety and insert the following into the original set of Drawings:
Sheet AMT-2/T-1.02, PHASING FLOOR PLAN dated 25 April 2016 attached to this Amendment.
2. Sheet AMT-1/D-1.01, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA A; Delete Sheet AMT-1/D-1.01, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA A as replaced by Amendment 01 in entirety and insert the following into the set of Drawings reflecting both AMT-1 and AMT-2 modifications:
Sheet AMT-2/D-1.01, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA A dated 25 April 2016 attached to this Amendment.
3. Sheet D-1.02, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA B; Delete Sheet D-1.01, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA B in entirety and insert the following into the original set of Drawings:
Sheet AMT-2/D1.02, DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN AREA B dated 25 April 2016 attached to this Amendment.
4. Sheet AMT-1/D-6.10, DEMOLITION INTERIOR ELEVATIONS; Delete Sheet AMT-1/D-1.02, DEMOLITION INTERIOR ELEVATIONS as replaced by Amendment 01 in entirety and inset the following into the set of Drawings reflecting both AMT-1 and AMT-2 modifications:
Sheet AMT-2/D-6.10, DEMOLITION INTERIOR ELEVATIONS dated 25 April 2016 attached to this Amendment.
5. Sheet A-7.02, REFLECTED CEILING PLAN AREA B; Delete Sheet A-7.02, REFLECTED CEILING PLAN AREA B in entirety and insert the following into the original set of Drawings:

8. Sheet EQ-1.01, EQUIPMENT PLAN & ELEVATIONS-CUSTOMER SERVICE; Delete Sheet EQ-1.01, EQUIPMENT PLAN & ELEVATIONS-CUSTOMER SERVICE in entirety and insert the following into the original set of Drawings:
Sheet AMT-2/EQ-1.01, EQUIPMENT PLAN & ELEVATIONS-CUSTOMER SERVICE dated 25 April 2016 attached to this Amendment.
9. Sheet AMT-1/E-1.01, FLOOR PLAN AREA A LIGHTING; Add the following TYPICAL NOTE:
TYPICAL NOTE: NEW VIRA WALL LIGHT FIXTURES WILL BE AAFES FURNISHED (AF) AND CONTRACTOR INSTALLED (CI) WHERE NEW LIGHT FIXTURES ARE INDICATED. EXISTING WALL MOUNTED WALL WASHER FIXTURES SHALL BE DISCONNECTED, REMOVED, SALVAGED, PROTECTED AND REINSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR.
10. Sheet AMT-1/E-1.02, FLOOR PLAN AREA B LIGHTING; Add the following TYPICAL NOTE:
