RESERVATIONS:Prepaid reservations are required to guarantee a seat and are required on all eastbound non-Sea-Tac pickups. Cash, credit cards (via phone or online) and prepaid Travel Agent tickets are accepted. Walk-ons are accepted on a space-available basis only and must pay cash to the driver at the time of boarding. Drivers do not accept $100 bills, checks or credit cards. A release form is required for all passengers between 12 and 15 years of age that are traveling unaccompanied, and any other passenger with special needs. Call us to acquire form. Passengers under the age of 12 cannot travel unaccompanied. A $4 processing fee will be charged for canceling prepaid reservations prior to time of departure. No refunds after time of departure. Changes to day/time allowed before time of departure with no fee.

LUGGAGE / LIABILITY:Passengers are responsible for the correct identification and retrieval of their luggage. Please tag all luggage prior to boarding the shuttle. Each paid passenger is allowed two standard articles (under 50 lbs. each and measuring less than 70” L+W+H each) plus a small carry-on. Skis, snowboards and golf clubs will be accepted as one of the two articles regardless of size. A fee will be charged for extra and/or oversize luggage. Pets in small lap-sized containers that can be stored under owner’s seat will be allowed on the bus for $5 fee, each direction. Pets in other carriers will be charged $10, each direction, and will ride in luggage compartment. CWA recommends hard-sided, airline-approved pet carriers and takes no responsibility for pets transported in soft-sided carriers. Bicycles must be packed in a box (max. 9”W X 36”H X 60”L). There is a $10 charge (each way) for bicycles. Items over 50 lbs. and large kennels cannot be accepted.

As provided by Washington State law (RCW 81.29.050), unless higher value is declared prior to transportation and agreed to in writing by Airporter Shuttle, property damage liability will be $25 for boxes and parcels, $200 for trunks, and $50 for suitcases, valises and other items stored by the driver. Additional valuation will be charged at $0.50 per $100 or fraction thereof. Articles taken into the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the passenger. The owner of any lost and found articles left on the vehicle will be liable for any expense and risk of returning items.

SCHEDULE:Please be at least 10 minutes early at your pickup location. In order to maintain on-time service, our shuttles leave at the scheduled departure time. Seats are reserved for pre-paid passengers until 5 minutes prior to departure. Weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, therefore scheduled times cannot be guaranteed. Information for all boarding locations is available online at www.airporter.com.
