Finding insights: General
1. Better categorization 2. Validity of CVs, updated CVs, flagging CVs with false data 3. Improved/ better interfaces (ACI, Grow N Excel, Alico)
More efficiency
4. Applicants matching Job Ad criteria to get prominence in listings 5. Better over-all short-listing, record keeping and improved management of
applicants – also applicable for CV Bank 6. Point system for short listed applicants, can also apply in CV Bank 7. CV Bank data connectivity with Job Ads will be appreciated 8. Recently updated CVs and currently looking for job applicants to get priority 9. Invite someone from CV Bank to a live or new job ad
Better sorting and filtering
10. Results – CGPA/ result/ degrees/ trainings of various kinds 11. By educational institutions – top private universities, public and private university
separation, more than 3 choices for choosing 12. Salary range (current and expected) sorting 13. More specified categorization: under Job Type/ industry type etc, better filtering 14. Region specific applicants
Interesting findings
15. Some restrictions requested for job seekers/ applicants (gender, location, age, education…)
16. Customized organization specified ranking system in CV Bank 17. Found some ‘hacks and workarounds’ with keyword usage 18. Job advertiser classification based on industry, organization structure etc 19. BDJobs.com losing revenue from larger corporations with multiple wings 20. Multiple users of HR departments – efficiency for HR personnel, more
importantly will bring ‘client’s use pattern’ and other insight to BDJobs management
