I. Overview of Barangay
- Name of the barangay
- Barangay officials organizational chart
- Profile [i.e. location (if possible, a map with the barangay
boundaries), population, etc]
II. Barangay Visit
- Date of the visit
- Persons interviewed with their positions
- Provide pictures of the visit
III. Approved Ordinances relating to the Environment
- List of the barangay ordinances (e.g. anti-spitting,
anti-littering, etc) with corresponding
penalties to violators
- Sample cases (history) where violators are penalized
- State if the ordinances are well implemented (if possible,
show evidence if or if not
implemented)
- State the policies/SOPs the barangay observes in the
collection, segregation and dumping of
solid wastes from the households (schedule, method, personnel
involved, number of trucks, etc)
IV. Observations
- If possible, take pictures
