Bankruptcy Question in Pennsylvania?

I was sued by a credit card company. I lost, of course. Can I throw this judgemeent into my bankruptcy? I have been planning to file for a year now but can't gather enough money to file and now this happened. Also, do I really need a lawyer to file my bankruptcy or can I do it on my own? I am in Pennsylvania.
