This includes hands-on exercises and shop skills development in assembly tools, drilling, reaming, countersinking; aircraft assembly; aircraft production fundamentals; shop math and blueprint reading; etc. If you enjoy working with your hands and not sitting at a desk, are looking for a career change, or want a stable job with great earning potential, this program is for you! • Learn basic equipment/tool applications. • Learn manufacturing safety requirements and indi- vidual practices that assure a safe workplace. • Shop skills – assembly tools, drilling, reaming, countersinking. Employment Opportunities Career placement is not part of the Aviation Structures Tech Training and employment is not guaranteed. Students that successfully complete the program will be equipped for positions within the Aviation Industry including but not limited to: CONTINUING EDUCATION Location: Pierpont Community & Technical College’s Robert C. Byrd National Aerospace Education Center, Bridgeport, WV Monday – Thursday 5pm – 10pm 8 weeks/150 total hours of training Tuition: $2250 Financial Aid available to those who qualify Aptitude test required Aviation Structures Tech Training
