Avaya ANAV Avaya Learning is pleased to announce the availability of training thru the Avaya Learning Center in support
of the Avaya ANAV 4.1.1 release. ANAV is a thin-client, web-based application providing Real-Time,
Historical and Cradle to Grave reporting.
Avaya ANAV Implementation and Maintenance (2517V) aligns with the Avaya Control Manager Service
Provider Edition 7.1.101 for UCaaS/CCaaS 1.3.1 releases available in September. This 3 day virtual
Instructor Led session is designed for individuals wanting to learn about the architecture, features and
functionality of Avaya ANAV, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and
reporting capabilities. Students have the opportunity to participate in discussions with the instructor during
lectures and perform lab exercises that demonstrate key tasks.
Curriculum Availability Registration is available now thru the Avaya Learning Center for sessions scheduled October 6-8, 2015.
