The tool used for deploying APS Culture is the “ APS WORKSHOP”
A challenge defined by the management is given to a
multidisciplinary team. Three full time days dedicated to the
challenge are initiated with an APS training.
After 2 – 4 months with regular follow-up meetings, the team
presents results to the management during a formal workshop
closure ceremony.
