ABOUT THE ARTISTSInternationally award-winning duo, Miles and Ziggy Johnston have been playing guitar together since they first started their study of the instrument at age four. From an early age Miles and Ziggy entered many Guitar Eisteddfods in both solo and duet categories, earning themselves many prizes. As a duet, they were awarded third place in the 2017 Guitar Foundation of America International Ensemble Artist Competition. Miles has won first place in the 2015 Melbourne Recital Centre Bach Competition and second place in the 2016 Adelaide International Guitar Festival Competition while Ziggy received second place in the 2015 and 2016 Melbourne Recital Centre Romantics Competition.

The duo regularly presents concerts across Australia and actively perform for private and corporate functions. Miles and Ziggy have performed as special guests for organisations including Melbourne Recital Centre, Monash University, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Museum and SANE Australia.
