    Outlook ToolbarQuick Start Guide

    QUICK STARTOUTLOOK TOOLBAR

    Easy to set up and easy to use, the Arkadin Outlook Conference Toolbar enables you to organize conferences in seconds.

    DOWNLOAD & INSTALLATION Please ensure that you are running Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010 (2013 support coming

    soon) Go to your ArkadinLounge Portal : www.anywhereconference.com Enter your Web Login and Moderator PIN Code (without #) and click Login Download the Outlook Toolbar from the main page or from the Download section in the left hand

    menu and follow the instructions to install it.

    NB : The add-on will automatically check for updates. Click to get the lastest version.

    SeTTINgS1. Click on the toolbar and go to Audio Accounts tab :2. Add a new account* by clicking New. Input account details and click Authenticate. Once

    successfully authenticated, click OK3. To set the default list of international numbers included in your invitations, click on your account

    name then click Modify. Click Manage Access Numbers then tick the international numbers you want to add, click Update List then OK

    NB : The add-on will automatically check for updates to the international access numbers list on a daily basis

    *If you have installed the add-on from the Lounge, you do not need to manually add your account.

    4. To customize add-on settings, select the Preferences tab and then choose your preferred add-on language, invitation type (audio or/and web) and your default invitation language.

    ORgANIZe CONFeReNCe OPTION 1:

    1. Click on the Organize conference button to create an invitation prepopulated with your conference details.

    2. Choose the meeting date and time, add the meeting subject and a personalized message (optional) and click send.

    OPTION 2:1. Open your Outlook calendar and create a new meeting invitation.2. Click on Add conference details.3. Personalize your message if necessary and send it.

    To access all your collaboration services, click on the Conference tab in your Outlook toolbar.Click to log straight into the audio console:

    Web portalClick to access the Lounge Portal to manage your account, access your recordings and your content bank.
