LabellingWeber Marking Systems can offer you the correct labelling solution to meet any conceivable application requirement. Solutions covering a multitude of sizes and shapes – for square, round and oval containers, on critical surfaces such as filled sack , wood, plastic, or even steel surfaces, for non contact hygienically demanding products or RFID labels.

The intelligent, modular construction, comprising a dispensing and print module, label rewinder and unwinder, plus numerous applicators, make this possible. The labels produced by these systems comply with EU marking requirements. They offer high print quality, legibility and a speed up to 240 individual labels per minute.

RFIDRFID is in the process of revolutionising the world of marking. Many Weber Marking Systems products are RFID compatible today. A transponder – a computer chip with aerial – may, for instance, store the serialnumberoftheproductandtheEPCcode(electronicproductcode)andtransmitthesetoareader,withoutvisualcontact.Suchno-contactproductidentification enables applications offering significant savings in production and logistics.

Inkjet printersfrom Weber Marking Systems, Division Markoprint, provide clear, identifiable coding on a variety of materials such as wood, carton and board. With special inks, coding is also possible on metal, aluminium, plastic and ceramic. Direct, contactless identification is applied by way of thermal inkjet coders and piezo highresolutioncoders.Dependingonthetype,printheightsupto800mm,speedsupto7.8m/secondandhighresolutionsupto600dpiareavailable.ExternalcomputerconnectionsandWindowsoperatingsystemsenhanceuserfriendliness.
