Since 2007 ASTRUS company has been designing and creating

playgrounds for children and teenagers. Our goal is to produce safe and

modern playground equipment from the material of highest quality.

We offer our clients the comprehensive service: project, manufacturing,

installation, maintenance – what ensures the safety and satisfaction – even after many years of exploitation of the playground

equipment.

Considering the rising expectations of our clients we extend the range of our

products. Playground and agility equipment, wooden or metal, is aligned with

the age of children and their needs.

Children’s safety is our first priority so we continuously improve the production

process and implement innovative technical solutions.

All the products are solid, ecological and comply to safety norm EN 1176 and

Polish Construction Law.

Wood

Wooden playground equipment is made of core separated square timbers or

glued laminated timber with rounded edge.

Our wood shows much more resistance to bending, cracking and splitting

than round timber.

Wood is impregnated in compliance with norms EN 355-2 and 351-1 with

an anti-mould and anti-rot agent, topcoated with high-quality agents ensuring

protection and very good visual condition.

Components

We use top quality components and materials in our manufacturing and installation processes.

We pay attention to the quality even of the smallest parts and details of playground devices.

Bolt covers

All the bolts, screws and connectors in our playground equipment meets the highest safety requirements. Bolt covers ensure

the children safety but also prevent from unauthorized access.

Metal equipment

The metal elements are made of galvanized steel and powder coated (2 layers) for the good corrosion prevention and UV

stability. This technology together with innovative system of connecting playground elements ensures the highest quality and

durability and gives us competitive advantage .

Ropes

Climbing nets and other equipment with ropes are weatherproof

and also extremely durable and vandal resistant thanks to the steel core.

They are attractive and colour-stable, safe and hand-firendly.

HDPE

All the roofs, barriers, spring riders are made of colourful HDPE which is extremely waterproof, UV and vandal resistant. Using

HDPE in ASTRUS playground features ensures attractiveness even after long-term exploitation.

There’s an option to change the elements for the others – from the same range of components.

Each playset will have the safety certificate confirming its compliance to EN 1176.
