Start the Reports Screen

In order to print reports (excluding personal property and custom reports) in Asset Keeper Pro, you willneed to bring up the Asset Reports option from the Reports menu. You can do this by clicking "AssetReports" from the Reports menu or by clicking the 'Reports' icon on the Home screen toolbar.

Press the Report Search button to find a report with the specific features or details that you need.

Search Report: Selecting Criteria

After pressing Report Search, this screen will pop up. You may use either the Keyword Search, theReports Field Search, or both criteria to narrow down the Reports that you wish to print.

In this example, Excel is the keyword and the Report Fields to the left narrow down what MatchingReports show up on the right. If no reports match, there will be no results displayed.Custom Report will show when the fields you selected can be made into a custom report. The CustomReport feature can be accessed by pressing a button on the Reports screen or by going to the ReportsMenu choosing Cusom Reports and selecting Report Writer.
