ASSA ABLoY is the global leader in door opening solutions and has a turnover approaching 4bn Euros. The EMEA division has sales of 1.4bn Euros and approx 10,000 employees across the region. During her time with the Company Amelie worked for two areas of our business: Business Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions. A summary of her activities and competence follows: Business Development Activities : Analvsis of Eurooean construction industry: Amelie analysed market data from various sources (Euroconstruct/Eurostat) and developed a report including evolution of key indicators across EMEA: e"g. construction output, number of permits, residential/non residential indicators, etc. These slides were used to support senior level meetings. Pricing Strategy Amelie participated in the implementation of the pricing project in Czech and Romania, analysing data, finding inconsistencies, making recommendations and professionally liaising with and supporting the local teams. She quickly grasped the technicalities of our complex product range and the objective of the process. Competencies /Ski I ls.: Amelie is a very diligent, determined and dedicated individual. She is able to articulate problems in a structured manner and appears to be quite proficient at using MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) She shows energy and enthusiasm in all tasks even when asked to do seemingly menial things (like expense reports) Mergers & Acquisitions Activities : Amelie has been involved in the following assignments during her time with the EMEA M&A team: o preparing a presentation profiling potential German acquisition targets r presentation for a meeting in Russia o Qther ad-hoc work Her tasks involved amongst other things researching, analysing sourced information, preparing slides and calculating financial ratios. She also participated in a number of conference calls. Overall, Amelie's quality of work has been very good and this has improved over time. From my personal perspective, although I have not been involved in the detail of thework she has done, Amelie has been a pleasure to have in the office, always cheerfuland smiling and she has interacted well with all members of the team, not just in theareas where she has worked.

We all wish her well with her degree studies and are sure she will become a very usefulemployee in whatever field she chooses once she has finished her studies
