EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Aspire Motors Limited is a private trucks body manufacturing and service

centre unit firms which aims to provide various opportunities for different types

of trucks body manufacturing and services in Varanasi. The long term goal of

the company is to become best choice among the different body manufacture

and other major services (repairing) in Varanasi. The mission of the company

would be to honorably serve the needs of the medium, small and large

transporter and the truck owners.

Aspire Motors Ltd is a forward-thinking in the Automobile Industry (Truck

body manufacturing unit) and it believes to bring a tremendous change in the

Automobile Industry (Truck body manufacturing unit) in Uttar Pradesh, India.

The different models of trucks body and services offered would be believed to

bring as a welcome change in the Indian trucks body manufacturing market very

soon. The different models of trucks body offered would be unique of its kind,

who would be our main target customer. Their significant needs and

would be totally customized according to their requirements.

There would be DSA (Direct Selling Agents) to gain market share. It would

achieve leadership position within the next five years and would be mainly

based upon services and facilities.

my family is running over a business in automobile sector from past 25 years.

power of truck monthly/ yearly they purchase. Some of the truck owners andtransporters use to purchase 5-6 trucks monthly or 20-25 trucks annually, some

of the small investors purchase 2 -5 trucks annually.

Every investor wants to generate money/profit according to their capability or in

other words we can say to reduce the expenditure in such a way that could

increase the profit. Our company provides various offers and services to the

truck owners and transporters.

It is not easy to influence truck owners and transporters to come and get their

trucks body manufactured in our manufacturing unit via commercial promotion

Selling Agent) of the company.

In marketing unit there are 5 DSA (Direct Selling Agent) which are responsible

for convincing truck owners and transporters . These trucks owners &

transporters can be converted through personal relations and different benefits

provided to truck owners and transporters & also they can be attracted through

various modes of advertisement.

Eligibility criteria for DSA: Those persons who are having M.B.A in marketing/

graduate in any stream are eligible for Direct Selling Agent.

In marketing unit there are 5 DSA and these DSA have their own working area

is defined. These DSA are required to have minimum qualification of

graduation and a good knowledge of marketing .

Works of these DSAs are as follows:

1- To encourage the truck owners and transporters, by providing specialfacility to them.

2- To make the truck owners and transporters as a regular customers, bykeeping in mind there need and requirement.

Operation unit:

In operation unit all the financial and accounting work has to be done. The

verification of the all the schemes & offer is provided to the truck owners &

transporter. For these purpose various person is to assign. In this unit more

skilled persons are required as compare to marketing unit. In this unit therecords of employees are also kept. The qualifications of these persons are as
