The City will make sure that the appropriate agencies are informed that Kentucky Ridge residents will be utilizing the parking lot during this period of time. Please be aware that once the asphalt/concrete project is completed, the normal rules for the use of this parking lot will be back in effect. The only time there could be a problem with space available in the Infinity lot is the night of October 24 th when there is an event and the expectation is the lot may be full from about 6pm 11pm. There are not enough spaces on the Kentucky Ridge grounds to accommodate parking in visitor parking spaces for all affected residents. This inconvenience unfortunately cannot be avoided. Parking will be allowed in the outside spaces normally restricted to guest parking only, but you must place the enclosed permit on your dashboard. 2 permits per unit are enclosed. Everything will be on a 1 st come, 1 st serve basis. Please be considerate and if possible, use the Infinity lot. We are asking all residents who still have the use of their garages, to make sure you are not occupying any of the visitor parking spaces. Residents’ cars without permits that are parked in guest spots may be towed. Please be considerate so as many vehicles as possible can stay inside the gates. Thank you. Beginning the week of October 20, 2014, Kentucky Ridge will be undergoing concrete, and

asphalt work on the lower driveway and drain pan areas barring any weather delays.

For an 8-10 day period, as concrete and asphalt is removed, replaced and allowed to cure, all the

residents of buildings 6, 7, 8, 9,10, and 11(unit #’s 4541, 4543, 4545, 4547, 4561, 4563, 4565,

access to their garages as the street will be closed and the Cherry gates will be deactivated.

An arrangement has been made with the City of Glendale allowing Kentucky Ridge residents to

make use of the Infinity parking lot on the Northeast corner of Cherry and Kentucky. No permits

or special stickers are required. The City will make sure that the appropriate agencies are

informed that Kentucky Ridge residents will be utilizing the parking lot during this period of

time. Please be aware that once the asphalt/concrete project is completed, the normal rules for

the use of this parking lot will be back in effect.

The only time there could be a problem with space available in the Infinity lot is the night of

October 24th

when there is an event and the expectation is the lot may be full from about 6pm –

11pm.

There are not enough spaces on the Kentucky Ridge grounds to accommodate parking in visitor

parking spaces for all affected residents. This inconvenience unfortunately cannot be avoided.

Parking will be allowed in the outside spaces normally restricted to guest parking only, but you

must place the enclosed permit on your dashboard. 2 permits per unit are enclosed. Everything

will be on a 1st come, 1

st serve basis. Please be considerate and if possible, use the Infinity lot.

We are asking all residents who still have the use of their garages, to make sure you are not

occupying any of the visitor parking spaces. Residents’ cars without permits that are parked in

guest spots may be towed. Please be considerate so as many vehicles as possible can stay inside

the gates.

Thank you.
