She had been hired to be their receptionist but, showed an interest in the industry and was given the opportunity to attend school to obtain her P & C license. After passing her exam, she worked for the office for 7 years working in their personal and commercial lines department. In 2009 Ashley and her husband left the Sacramento area to move to Los Angeles, where her husband worked on the 405 freeway and she furthered her career in insurance. While there, she worked as an Account Manager for an independent agency, focusing on high net worth clients. Ashley joined Warren G. Bender Co. in August of 2017 as an Account Manager. What she loves most about her job is helping her clients understand their coverage and educating them on areas of coverage where they may be lacking. Ashley currently resides in Roseville with her husband Wes, their son Bryce and their two dogs, Murphy and Pebbles. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors whether hiking, camping or just a trip to the park with her son.

Ashley Aldridge grew up in the Twin Cities area where, in 2002, she began her insurance career in a small family-owned insurance agency.
