Robin Barré, Artizan CEO and Creative Director, is a dynamic and creative entrepreneur with a flair for fashion and a passion for delivering the latest trends, perfectly suited for every woman. Robin, having begun her professional career as a model and an educator, founded Artizan in 1997. Artizan has since evolved into a driving innovative force in the North American fashion industry. She uses Artizan as her platform to project her strong vision. Robin has created a line of affordable apparel, jewelry and ac-cessories, with mass-market appeal.

Her goal has always been to offer brilliant designs, complementing women of all sizes, ages, and all bodies.

Versatility is what Robin stands for. She conceives an entire collec-tion of predominantly multifunctional apparel, every season. These designs take many shapes; one garment can be easily transformed and worn in end-less ways! Born in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, Robin has stayed true to her roots and launched an entire Made in Canada collection, which she person-ally designs. Most of her pieces possess a one-size property that allow them to flatter every figure. As a consummate optimist, who’s credo “where there’s a will, there’s a way,” Robin has driven herself to realize her vision; delivering designs that infuse every woman with confidence and allowing her custom-ers to feel unique and special, accented by accessories that each make statements of their own. Robin aspires to continue expanding her business across the globe.

Founded in 1995, Artizan develops designs, wholesales and retails a full collection of ready to wear fashion and accessories. With points of sale in over 2500 Canadian locations, a dozen branded boutiques (most in interna-tional airports), and regular live appearances on “The Shopping Channel”, Artizan is a true driving force in to-day’s fashion industry!

Artizan strives to bring the high fashion runway looks,to women of all ages and sizes at an affordable price!

Artizan’s cult following of “Artizan sisters”, is Barre’s pride and her “raison d’être”!

Artizan boasts models of all demographics and dress sizes in their seasonal fashion campaigns in both print and video.

The Artizan plus collection, or A+, is the only plus sized collection of its kind! Trendy, sassy, multi-functional and above all “cool”!

Catering to a very vast demographic, Artizan’s one stop shopping appeal enable Artizan sisters to have a head to toe look without the exorbitant price tags. Also unique to its brand, Artizan offers apparel that is con-vertible, or multi-functional, enabling numerous looks from one garment!
