CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE

• Riduttori dotati di rotismi a due o a tre sta-di di riduzione:

• Sugli “OT”:I due stadi di riduzione sono formati dauna coppia conica a dentatura spiroidaleGleason (dentature tipo Duplex) e da unacoppia finale cilindrica con profilo ad evol-vente, accuratamente corretto per unamigliore resistenza ai carichi; i tre stadi diriduzione sono ottenuti aggiungendo unulteriore stadio preliminare (precoppia)formata da due ingranaggi cilindrici condentatura elicoidale, anch’essi accurata-mente corretti per ottimale resistenza aicarichi.

• Sui riduttori PL e PD, sia la prima che laseconda riduzione sono realizzate con in-granaggi cilindrici a denti elicoidali conprofili accuratamente corretti.Anche per questi riduttori, il terzo stadiodi riduzione è ottenuto aggiungendo amonte (entrata riduttore) un ulteriore sta-dio di riduzione formato da due ingranaggicilindrici con dentatura corretta.

• Sono realizzati in 5 grandezze: 63 – 80 –100 – 125 – 160 (il numero che definiscela grandezza rappresenta l’interasse del-la riduzione finale seconda la serie diRenard R 10). Grandezza 56 disponibilesolo per gli OT.

• Le coppie nominali trasmissibili sono com-prese fra 100 Nm. e 4840 Nm.

• La capacità di carico delle dentature è sta-ta verificata secondo le norme DIN 3990,UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B 88 ed il progettoISO 6336, con calcolo della resistenza siaal pittino che a flessione al piede del den-te, per una durata nominale accuratamen-te bilanciata ed estremamente elevata.

• Gli alberi di ingresso, intermedio e di uscitasono tutti supportati da cuscinetti a rulliconici per una migliore regolazione delgioco e per maggiore resistenza ai cari-chi radiali e assiali.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Gearboxes provides with trains ofgears at 2 or 3 stages of reduction:

• On the “OT” range:The two stages of reduction consist ofone bevel gear pair with spiral Gleasontoothing (Duplex type) and onecylindrical final gear pair, with involu-te profile, accurately corrected in viewof an improved strength; the three stagesof reduction result from adding a furthercylindrical helical gear pair, upstream ofthe other two stages, with accuratelycorrected involute profile in view of anexcellent resistance to stresses.

• On the PL and PD gearboxes, both thefirst and the second stage of reductionare accomplished with cylindricalhelical gear pairs, with accuratelycorrected profiles.Even for these series of gearboxes, thethird stage of reduction is obtained addinga further stage of reduction (primaryreduction) provided with a cylindricalhelical gear pair with corrected profile.

• They are manufactured in 5 sizes: 63– 80 – 100 – 125 – 160 (the numberrelevant to gearbox size means thecenter-to-center distance of the finalreduction stage according to theRenard series R10). Size 56 availablefor OT only.

• The rated transmissible torques areincluded in the range from 100 Nm. to4840 Nm.

• Load capacities of toothing comply withDIN 3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88norms and the ISO 6336 draftproposal, both with the surface pittingresistance and the tooth root bendingstrength calculation, in view of anaccurately balances and extremelyhigh nominal life.

• Input shafts, output shafts andintermediate shafts are all supportedby taper roller bearings, in view of animproved adjustment of backlash andhigh strength to radial and axial loads.

TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG

• Für diese Getriebe sind zwei oder dreiUntersetzungsstufen vorgesehen:

• Auf „OT“ Baureihe:Die zwei Getriebestufen werden durch eineGleason-spiralverzahnte kegelradpaarung (TypDuplex) und eine evolvent-schrägverzahnteZahnradpaarung erreicht.Um eine gute Belastungsübertragung zu erzielen,werden diese sehr sorgsam hergestellt.Die drei Getreibestufen werden durch einevorgeschaltete Zahnradstufe (Vorstufe)erreich, die gleichen Eigenschaften derzweiten Untersetzungsstufe besitzt.

• Auf PL und PD, die zwei Getriebestufe werdendurch zwei evolvent-schragverzahnteZahnradpaarungen erreicht. Die dreiGetriebestufen werden durch eine vorgeschalteteZahnradstufe (evolvent-schragverzahnteZahnradpaar, die Vorstufe) erreicht.

• Die neuen Getriebe werden in fünf Größengefertigt:63 – 80 – 100 – 125 – 160 (Die Größe istnach dem Achsabstand der Abtriebsstufedefiniert; Renard R10).Größe 56 verfügbar nür für OT.

• Die Abtriebsdrehmomente reichen von100 bis 4840 Nm.

• Die spezifische Zahnbelastung ist nachDIN 3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88 unddem Entwurf ISO 6336 festgelegt unddient der Berechnung der Festigkeit inBezung auf Pitting und Biegefestigkeit imZahngrund für eine ausgewogene, normallange Lebensdauer.

• Für eine bessereAxialspieleinstellung und für höhere radia-le und axiale Belastungen sind die Wellenim Eingang und beide die Abtriebsstufeund die Vorstufe mit Kegelrollenlagerngelagert.

• Tutti gli ingranaggi sono costruiti in accia-io da cementazione (20 Mn Cr 5 o mate-riali di equivalente resistenza etemprabilità), e sottoposti a cementazione,tempra e distensione per elevata resisten-za alle sollecitazioni statiche e dinamichee all’usura.

• Gli alberi lenti cavi (soluzione standard) sonocostruiti in ghisa sferoidale GS-400.

• Gli alberi lenti pieni, semplici o doppi (so-luzione optional) sono costruiti in acciaioda bonifica 42 Cr Mo 4, o materiali di si-mili proprietà.

• Le carcasse sono costruite in ghisa G 25secondo UNI 5007, salvo OT 56 in allumi-nio pressofuso.

• Tutti i nuovi riduttori offrono la possibilitàdi accettare elevati carichi esterni, sia ra-diali che assiali, comunque orientati: lenostre tabelle forniscono i valori applicabilisenza problemi in tutte le condizioni, percasi speciali sarà comunque possibile va-lutare l’eventuale idoneità con calcolo spe-cifico.

• I rendimenti dinamici sono molto elevati;0.96 nelle versioni a due stadi e 0.92 nelleversioni a tre stadi.

• E’ possibile operare in condizioni di eser-cizio particolarmente severe garantendoancora delle durate soddisfacenti; a que-sto proposito, raccomandiamo di riferirsiscrupolosamente alle indicazioni dei nostricataloghi tecnici e, nei casi dubbi, ritenia-mo indispensabile interpellare il nostro ser-vizio tecnico.

• All gears are made in case-hardeningsteel (20 Mn Cr 5 or materials ofequivalent strength and hardenability)and are submitted to case-hardening,quenching and stress-relieving, to givehigh resistance to static and dynamicstresses and to wear.

• Hollow output shafts (standard solution)are manufactured in nodular cast iron GS-400.

• The solid output shafts, with single ordouble extension (optional solution)are made in hardening and temperingsteel 42 Cr Mo 4, or materials of similarproperties.

• Housings are made in cast iron G 25according to UNI 5007 specification,except OT 56 in aluminium pressuredie casting.

• All the new gearboxes offer a chance toaccept high external loads, both radialand axial ones, wherever oriented: ourtables give the ratings which can beapplied with no troubles in anycondition, for special applicationpurposes it is however advisable toevaluate the possible suitability througha specific calculation.

• Dynamic efficiencies are very high:0.96 in the two stage reductionversions and 0.92 in the three stagereduction versions.

• It is allowed to operate in particularlysevere conditions of application, stillsaving sufficiently satisfactory lifetimes; in connection with this, we re-commend to strictly adhere to theindications of our technical catalogueand, if in doubt, to contact our technicaldept.

• Alle Zahnräder sind aus Einsatzstahl gefertigt(20 Mn Cr 5 oder in Bezug auf Härte undFestigkeit ähnliche Werkstoffe). Um einehöhere Verschleißfestigkeit sowie höherestatische und dynamische Beanspruchungenzu ermöglichen, werden die Zahnrädereinsatzgehärtet und spannungsfrei geglüht.

• Die Abtriebshohlwellen werden in derStandardausführung aus Sfäroguß GS-400 gefertigt.

• Die auf Wunsch lieferbaren, einseitigenund zweiseitigen Äbtriebsvollwellen sindaus Stahl 42 Cr Mo 4 oder aus einemvergleichbaren Werkstoff hergestellt.

• Das Gehäuse wird aus G 25 (Guss) nachUNI 5007 gefertigt, mit der Ausnahme vonOT 56 in Alu-Druckguß.

• Alle neue Getriebe haben den Vorteil, daßhöhere radiale und axiale Belastungenübertragen werden können.Bei den in unseren Tabellen angegebenen Datenhandelt sich um Standardangaben für allgemeineAnwendungen in sonderfällen können auf Wunschprojektspezifische Berechnungen durchgeführtwerden.

• Der dynamische Wirkungsgrad dieser Getriebeist sehr hoch:0,96 bei den zweistufigen und 0,92 bei dendreistufigen Getrieben.

• Es ist möglich diese neue Getriebe auch beianspruchsvollen Einsatzfällen zu verwenden undeine befriedigende Lebensdauer zu erzielen.Deshalb ist es ratsam, nach den Katalogangabenzu richten und bei auftretenden Unsicherheitenmit unserem technischen Büro Rücksprache zunehmen.

4 – Pulizia

La pulizia diretta deve in genere essere ese-guita con solventi blandi per non danneggiarela vernice.Ad essa è poi fatta seguire una prontarisciacquatura, eseguita di solito con lo stessoolio utilizzato nel funzionamento effettivo. E’buona norma eseguire questa operazione conolio caldo, eliminando cioè l’eventuale refrige-rante dal circuito. Occorre in questo caso tene-re sotto particolare controllo l’eventuale forma-zione di schiuma, che è resa più agevole dallapresenza di impurità. Alla fine dell’operazione,si scarica l’olio possibilmente ancora caldo.L’efficienza della lubrificazione dipende, oltreche dalle caratteristiche dell’olio, anche dallaregolarità del suo arrivo ai punti stabiliti.

STOCCAGGIO

Generalmente, se lo stoccaggio dei riduttoriavrà una durata relativamente breve (fino a 6mesi massimo), è sufficiente scegliere un am-biente chiuso, pulito, secco ed esente da vi-brazioni eccessive, per non danneggiare i cu-scinetti; inoltre, esso dovrà essere a tempera-tura normale, inclusa fra 0 °C e 40 °C.In caso invece di lungo stoccaggio, i riduttoridovranno essere mantenuti in ambienti esentida umidità o da polvere e, qualora non sia to-talmente possibile provvedere un ambiente dicaratteristiche ottimali, si deve far uso di so-stanze protettive per gli alberi, i giunti ed ilflangiame in generale.Nel caso i riduttori debbano rimanere a lungoinattivi in ambiente con elevata percentuale diumidità, è necessario riempirli totalmente diolio; naturalmente il livello corretto dovrà es-sere ripristinato quando i gruppi saranno mes-si in funzione.

LIVELLI SONORI

I riduttori OT, PL e PD si segnalano anche peri livelli di rumorosità piuttosto contenuta, in vir-tù della costruzione compatta, dell’elevata pre-cisione costruttiva e dell’ottimale progettazio-ne e costruzione degli ingranaggi.

LUBRIFICAZIONE

Tutti i riduttori OT, PL e PD provvisti diprecoppia (OT../3, PL../3, e PD../3) vengonoda noi forniti con la precoppia già lubrificata equindi non richiedono alcun riempimento daparte dei clienti.Viene utilizzato l’olio minerale tipo ISO VG 220(vedi tabella 1).Il corpo della grandezza 56 è lubrificato con lostesso olio minerale.Gli OT, PL e PD a due stadi di riduzione , cosìcome la carcassa principale nei riduttori conprecoppia vengono invece forniti privi di olio, ela relativa lubrificazione è a cura dei clienti.

4 – Cleaning

Direct cleaning must be usually carried outwith soft solvents in order not to damagepainting.It must be followed by a prompt rinsing,effected with the same oil of the normal use.It is preferable to carry out this operationwith hot oil, removing the coolant of thecircuit, if there is any.It must be accurately prevented thepotential foam formation, made easier bythe presence of dirt.At the end of the operation, oil isdischarged possibly still hot.The efficiency of the lubrication, in additionto oil properties, depends on the regularityby which oil reaches the stated points.

STOCKING

Generally, if stocking of gearboxes lasts arelatively short time (up to 6 months max.) itis sufficient to choose a closed, clean anddry environment, free of excessive vibrations,in order not to damage bearings. Moreover,said environment must be at a normal tem-perature, included between 0 °C and 40 °C.On the contrary, in case of a long time ofstocking, gearboxes must be kept in anenvironment free of moisture and dust, andif it is not possible to provide an environmentwith excellent features, it must be providedthe use of suitable protective means forshafts, couplings and flanges in general, inorder to prevent rust and corrosion. Ifgearboxes must be kept inactive for a longtime in an environment with high humidity, itis necessary to fill them entirely with oil: ofcourse, the correct level of lubricant will haveto be restored when groups are started up.

SOUND LEVEL

The performance of OT, PL and PDgearboxes in terms of noise reduction isexcellent due to the compact buildingdesign, the high constructive precision andthe optimum gear machining.

LUBRICATION

All OT, PL and PD gearboxes provided withthe primary reduction (OT../3, PL../3, andPD../3) are supplied with the primaryreduction already pre-lubricated in-house,and therefore do not require any filling withoil by the customer.It is used mineral oil type ISO VG 220 (seechart 1).The body (size 56) is lubricated with thesame type of mineral oil.On the contrary, OT, PL and PD gearboxes with2 stages of reduction, as well as the mainhousing in the versions with primary reductionare supplied without oil, and the relativelubrication is at customer’s account.

4 - Reinigung

Dieser Vorgang wird vorzugsweise beiBetriebstemperatur durchgeführt.Das warme Öl wird abgelassen und anschließenddas Innere des Getriebes mit einem nichtaggressiven Lösungsmittel abgewaschen, umden Lack nicht zu beschädigen. Danach spültman das Getriebe mit dem vorgesehenenSchmieröl durch. Verunreinigungen imSchmiermittel bzw. im Getriebe können zurVerseifung und Schaumbildung führen. Am Endedes Reinigungsvorgangs wird das zur Spülungverwendete Öl möglichst im warmen Zustandabgelassen und das Getriebe mit neuem ÖIbefüllt. Eine gute Schmierung hängt sowohl vonder Ölcharakteristik als auch von der Verteilungan den zu schmierenden Teilen ab.

LAGERUNG

Erfolgt die Lagerung der Getriebe nur für einenkurzen Zeitraum von maximal 6 Monaten, soreicht es, wenn die Getriebe in einer trockenen,sauberen, abgeschlossenen, vibrationsfreienund von aggressiven chemischen Dämpfenfreien Umgebung bei einer Temperaturzwischen 0 °C und 40 °C abgestellt werden.Bei einer langfristigen Lagerung hingegenmüssen die Getriebe in staubfreien Räumenohne jegliche Feuchtigkeit gelagert werden.Wenn diese optimalen Voraussetzungen nichteingehalten werden können, müssen Wellen,Kupplungen und allgemeine Flansche durchOberflächenschutzmittel geschützt werden.Bei längerer Lagerung der Getriebe in feuchtenRäumen empfiehlt es sich, zusätzlich dasGetriebe voll mit Öl zu befüllen.Selbstverständlich muß vor der Inbetriebnahmeder vorgeschriebene Ölstand wiederhergestelltwerden.

GERÄUSCHPEGEL

Die OT, PL und PD Getriebe zeichnen sichauch in Bezug auf den niedrigenGeräuschpegel durch ihre kompakte Bauform,hohe Fertigungspräzision und optimaleVerzahnungsgeometrie aus.

SCHMIERUNG

Bei allen Getrieben der Type OT, PL und PDmit Vorstufe (OT../3, PL../3 und PD../3), wirddie Vorstufe bereits vom Hersteller aus mitSchmiermittel geliefert, so daß von Kundenseiteher kein zusätzliches Schmiermittel in dieVorstufe einzufüllen ist. Hierbei wird einMineralöl von Shell der Type ISO VG 220verwendet (siehe Tabelle 1).Der Körper der Größenversion 56 ist mitMineralöl vom Typ ISO VG 220 geschmiert .Die zweistufigen OT, PL und PD Getriebe sowiedie Hauptgehäuse der Vorstufengetriebewerden alle ohne jegliches Schmiermittelgeliefert. Es ist somit Aufgabe des Kunden,diese vor der Inbetriebnahme mit Öl zu füllen.

Gli anelli di tenuta, costruiti in mescole nitriliche,non consentono però di operare soddisfacente-mente a temperatura superiore a + 85 °C.Nell’ipotesi che la temperatura all’interno delriduttore possa raggiungere livelli più elevati di+ 85 °C per tempi significativi, è necessario ri-chiederci l’esecuzione speciale con anelli di te-nuta in mescole fluorurate (Viton).Al fine di predisporre il corretto orientamentodei tappi e per una adeguata lubrificazione deicuscinetti, è importante precisare sempre la po-sizione di montaggio desiderata.NOTA: è opportuno controllare, attraverso il tap-po di livello trasparente, collocato nella giusta po-sizione, se il livello dell’olio si mantiene corretto enon si verificano anomalie, come potrebbe esse-re determinato da sia pure molto improbabili per-dite di olio attraverso gli anelli di tenuta.In caso di occasionali necessità di ripristino delgiusto livello, utilizzare lo stesso olio già pre-sente nel riduttore.

Sostituzione dell’olio

L’intervallo di ricambio del lubrificante dipendedalle condizioni di impiego riassunte brevemen-te nel prospetto sotto indicato:

I dati indicati nel prospetto si riferiscono a lu-brificanti a base minerale e sintetici. Questi ul-timi se usati in un campo di temperature nor-mali possono essere util izzati per unalubrificazione a lunga vita, avendo però l’accu-ratezza di evitare l’inquinamento dei lubrifican-ti stessi.

Seals, being made in nitrile rubber com-pounds, do not allow to operate satisfactorilyat temperatures over + 85 °C. In the assump-tion temperature inside the gearbox achieveshigher values than + 85 °C for a significantperiod of time, it is necessary to require thespecial execution provided with special sealsin fluorurated compounds (Viton).To enable us to fit plugs in suitable positionsand for adequate lubrication of the bearings,customers should always specify the requiredmounting position.NOTE: it is convenient to check through theproper transparent oil level plug that the oillevel keeps at the correct value and no fail-ures have occurred, as it could happen incase of unlikely leaks.In case of occasional needs to restore the cor-rect level, the same type of oil must be used.

Replacement of oil

The intervals at which oil must be replaceddepend on the conditions of usage, summa-rized in the table here below:

The data on the table apply to both mineralbase or synthetic base oils. These last ones(especially the 320 grade), whenever usedin a normal range of temperatures, can beused for longlife lubrication, but it must beaccurately avoided the oil pollution.

Grundsätzlich empfiehlt es sich die nachfolgen-den Schmiermittel zu verwenden:

Die Wellendichtringe aus Nitrilmischungen(Standard) vertragen eine Betriebstemperaturvon maximal 85 °C. Bei höheren Betriebs-temperaturen ab 85 °C über einen längerenZeitraum hinweg, sollten spezielle Wellendicht-ringe aus Fluoridmischungen (Viton) eingesetztwerden.Um die Ölschrauben Korrekt zu positionierenund um die geeignete Schmierung der Lagerzu gewaehrleisten fragen wir, immer die Ein-baulage bekannt zu geben.Ist die Einbaulage bei der Bestellung bekannt,so werden die Ölschrauben direkt vom Herstel-ler positioniert.BEMERKUNG: Es ist ratsam, von Zeit zu Zeitden Ölstand durch das Ölstandsauge zu kontrol-lieren.So können Anomalien, die z.B. durch Wellendicht-ringe auftreten können, verhindert werden.Im Falle daß Öl, nachgefüllt werden muß, istdie gleiche Ölsorte zu verwenden.

Ölwechsel

Der Olwechselintervall hängt von derBelastungsart ab und ist in Kurzform im Schau-bild unten ersichtlich.

Die angegeben Daten beziehen sich aufSynthetik-und Mineralschmiermittel. WennVerunreinigungen vermieden werden, könnendie synthetischen. Schmiermittel bei normalerBetriebstemperatur als dauerndes Schmiermit-tel angesehen werden.

FLANGE IN USCITA

Tutti i riduttori delle serie OT, PL, PD possonoessere equipaggiati, su richiesta, con flange inuscita di dimensioni unificate (flange B5). Si èoptato per la forma quadrata sulle grandezze63 - 80 - 100 e per la forma circolare sulle gran-dezze 125 e 160. Si assume come standard laposizione destra guardando il riduttore dal latodell'entrata nella posizione di montaggio B3.Anche sulla grandezza OT 56 è di forma circo-lare.

OUTPUT FLANGES

All OT, PL and PD gearboxes can beequipped, upon request, with output B5flanges. Square flanges have been providedon sizes 63 - 80 - 100 and round flanges areavailable on sizes 125 - 160. Standardposition is on the right looking at thegearbox from input side in mountingposition B3. Even on the size OT 56, it isround.

ABTRIEBSFLANSCHE

Auf Anfrage können alle OT - PL - PD Getriebemit einem genormten Abtriebsflansch (B5)geliefert werden. Für die Getriebe 63 - 80 und100 sind rechteckige, für die Getriebe 125 und160 sind runde Flansche vorgesehen. In derStandardausführung liegt der Flansch bei derEinbaulage B3 (Eingangswelle unten,Abtriebswelle oben) auf die Eingangswellegesehen rechts. Auch auf der Größe OT 56 istder Abtriebsflansch rund.

DISPOSITIVO ANTIRETRO

A richiesta, è possibile fornire i riduttori OT prov-visti di dispositivo antiretro, per evitare il motoretrogrado, ovvero iI fatto che il riduttore possaessere azionato attraverso I'albero lento dalcarico resistente divenuto carico motore.L'antiretro è provvisto per l’installazione sullaseconda sporgenza dell'albero veloce, a valledei due cuscinetti conici, come appare dalla fi-gura in sezione.I cuscinetti antiretro sono stati ampiamentedimensionati in funzione della massima coppiapermessa da ogni riduttore, e pertanto ne èconsentito I'impiego con qualsiasi rapporto diriduzione, anche particolarmente veloce.Dovrà essere sempre precisato in fase d'ordi-ne per quale senso di rotazione deve essereconsentita la rotazione Iibera.

BACKSTOP DEVICE

On request it is possible to have backstopmounted on the OT line. Purpose of thebackstop is to prevent the reversible motion,that is the fact that the gearbox might beoperated through the output shaft by theresisting load so becoming driving load.The backstop device is located on the inputshaft downstream the two taper rollerbearings as we can see from the sketchenclosed.The irreversible bearing have been largelyoversized according to the maximum torqueallowed by each gearbox so that backstopdevices are suitable for any reduction ratio.The direction of free rotation must bespecified when the order is placed.

RÜCKLAUFSPERRE

Die Rücklaufsperre ist eine Einrichtung imGetriebe, um die Anlage nach dem Abschaltendes Motors am Rückwärtslauf zu hindern.Wie in dem Ausschnitt ersichtlich, ist dieAnbringung,der Rücklaufsperre an dergegenüberliegenden Seite der Eingangswellevorgesehen.Die Rücklaufsperre ist ausreichend dimensioniertund kann an jedem Getriebe sowohl mit hohenals auch mit niedrigen Untersetzungen angebautwerden.Bei Bestellung muß der Drehsinn stetsangegeben werden.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA

1) GARANZIA - La ns. garanzia ha la durata di anni uno dalla data di fatturazione del prodotto. Essa è limitata esclusivamente alla riparazione o allasostituzione gratuita dei pezzi da noi riconosciuti come difettosi ed il reclamo non potrà mai dar luogo all'annullamento od alla riduzione delleordinazioni da parte del committente e tanto meno alla corresponsione di indennizzi di sorta da parte ns. Il materiale da riparare in garanzia ocomunque soggetto ad anomalie, sarà da noi ritirato solo se ci perverrà in porto franco e sarà reso al cliente in porto assegnato. La ns. garanziadecade se i pezzi resi come difettosi sono stati comunque manomessi o riparati. Per manomissione si intende anche l'applicazione del motorefuori dall' ambito e dalla sede della ns. Società. La ns. garanzia non copre danni o difetti dovuti ad agenti esterni, deficienza di manutenzione,sovraccarico, lubrificante inadatto, scelta inesatta del tipo, errore di montaggio e danni derivati in seguito a trasporto da parte del committente otrasportatore designato, essendo la spedizione sempre a spese e rischio del committente.

2) TRASPORTO - Ad ogni effetto, anche di legge, la merce si ritiene accettata dal cliente (e consegnata) all'uscita dalla ns. sede o magazzini. Iltrasporto della merce si intende sempre per conto, rischio e pericolo dell'acquirente anche se la merce è venduta franco destino e se il trasportoviene effettuato con mezzi della ditta venditrice e condotti da persona incaricata dalla medesima.

3) PREZZI - La ns. Società si riserva di modificare in qualsiasi momento le proprie quotazioni (anche se confermate) se ciò si rendesse necessarioin conseguenza a mutevoli condizioni di mercato o di produzione. Il listino prezzi si riferisce a merce franco ns. stabilimento, escluso imballo ed ognieventuale altra spesa.

4) RECLAMI - E' convenuto espressamente che eventuali reclami o contestazioni da farsi, a pena di nullità, sempre in forma scritta ed entro i terminidi legge non danno comunque diritto all'acquirente di sospendere o ritardare i pagamenti. Non si accettano addebiti per risarcimento di danni acose e persone o ritardi di consegna. Se entro 8 gg. dal ricevimento della ns. conferma d'ordine non ci perverrà alcuna contestazione, la stessasi intenderà accettata in tutte le sue parti.

5) INTERESSI - Resta espressamente convenuto che gli interessi verranno fissati ed accettati, in ogni sede di ritardato pagamento, secondo lecondizioni medie di tasso applicato dagli Istituti Bancari alla Società venditrice in quel momento.

6) RISERVA DI PROPRIETA' - La merce viene venduta con riserva di proprietà finché non sarà effettuato il pagamento dell'intero prezzo, di eventualiinteressi e accessori. Il rilascio di cambiali ed eventuali loro rinnovi, anche parziali, non potranno considerarsi quale novazione né quale pagamentodefinitivo del prezzo, se non a buon fine delle stesse, né potranno comunque pregiudicare la riserva di proprietà.

7) FORO COMPETENTE - Si accetta espressamente che qualsiasi controversia, comunque nascente o discendente dalla vendita deve essererimessa, anche in via derogativa, al giudizio dell' Autorità Giudiziaria di Bologna, quale unico Foro competente; ma la ditta venditrice potrà ancheadire, a sua scelta, I' autorità giudiziaria del luogo, della residenza o domicilio dell'acquirente ovvero del luogo ove si trova I'oggetto della fornitura.

8) RESI - NON SI ACCETTANO RESTITUZIONI DI MATERIALI se non precedentemente autorizzato per iscritto dalla ns. Società.

9) LISTINO - Il listino attualmente in vigore annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) GUARANTEE - Our guarantee expires after one year from invoice date of the product. It only covers the replacement or repair free of charge ofthe defective units or parts provided that we admit that said faults or defects are to be ascribed to manufacturing processes. The customer does nothave to feel entitled to cancel or reduce the outstanding orders because of defective material previously supplied. We will not be responsible for thepayment of any charges related to goods to be replaced or repaired under guarantee. Returns of material will only be accepted if both back and forthtransport charges will be covered by the customer. Our guarantee becomes completely null and void if units result altered or repaired. For alterationit is included also the application of the motor out of the ambit and circle of our Society. Our guarantee does not cover defects or faults whichwould be attributed to external factors, insufficient maintenance, overload, inadequate lubrication, unproper selection, mounting errors or shippingdamages being shipment risks and expenses on behalf of the customer.

2) SHIPMENT - Material is considered accepted by the customer once it leaves our warehouse. Shipment of goods is considered at buyer's risk evenif shipment is effected free domicile of customer or through shipper's means of tranports or forwarding agents appointed by the shipper.

3) PRICES - Our Company reserve the right to modify their own quotations (although confirmed) if it is necessary because of the unconstantconditions of market and production. The price list refers to ex-works prices. Not including packing and any other additional costs.

4) COMPLAINTS - Complaints for defective material must be effected in writing and within the legalterms or they will be considered null. In case ofcomplaints the buyer is not anyhow entitled to stop or delay payments. Debit notes for refounds of damages to objects or persons as well asdeliveries are not accepted. Any claims should be notified within 8 days from receipt of our order confirmation, otherwise it will be considered asaccepted in all its parts.

5) INTERESTS - It is understood that interests have to be agreed and accepted in occasion of late payments, according to the current average terms,applied by the Shipper's banks.

6) CONDITIONAL SALE - We reserve the right of property on goods sold until the whole payment has been effected together with the settlement ofeventual interests and accessories. The grant of a bill or its eventual renewal cannot be considered as a definite payment of the price and will besubjected to collection.

7) PLACE OF JURISDICTION - All disputes which may arise in relation to the sale shall be governed by the Italian Law and the Law Court of Bolognashall have the sole jurisdiction. The supplier reserve the right to choose, as place of jurisdiction, the purchaser's place of residence being the finaldestination of goods supplied.

8) NO RETURNS OF MATERIAL WILL BE ACCEPTED unless previously authorised in writing from our Society.

9) PRICE LIST - This current price list cancels and replaces all the previous ones.
