• Dart Energy Limited to be demerged from Arrow Energy Limited (“Arrow Energy”) and listed on the ASX

• Cash offer of $4.70 per share from CS CSG (Australia) Pty Ltd (“CSCo”) for Arrow Energy shares post demerger
