Please complete the attached Armaguard Quote Request – Ongoing Cash Services form (Quote Request) detailing services requested. Please note all information requested on the form is mandatory and failure to supply the information may result in a delay in Armaguard providing you with its quote. 2. Once you have completed the Quote Request, please either fax or email your completed Quote Request to Armaguard Customer Service Centre. If you email the Quote Request, you will receive an automatic email response to advise you that your email has been received. You will soon receive another email to notify you that an incident has been created. Please keep note of the incident number should you need to follow up on your request. Armaguard Customer Service Centre can be contacted by email at [email protected] or by fax on 1300 792 422. 3. Armaguard Customer Service Centre will arrange and send a quote to you via email or fax within 5 business days (Quote). Along with the Quote we will provide you with an Armaguard Credit Application form (Credit Application). All quotes are valid for 28 days. Once the Quote is received, please review the Quote and email Armaguard Customer Service Centre to advise your acceptance of the Quote. Please return the completed Credit Application with the required documentation (detailed on the Credit Application) when you notify us of your acceptance of the Quote as this will speed up the process. 4. Once we receive your acceptance of the Quote and completed Credit Application, Armaguard will: (a) perform collate and verify certain information about you in order to comply with its obligations under the Anti Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing Act (2006); (b) create your Armaguard Customer Number; (c) prepare and forward your new Cash Services Agreement to be entered into by you and Armguard (please note Armaguard must receive a copy of the Cash Services Agreement signed by you before any services can commence); (d) arrange for the local Armaguard depot to commence Services on the agreed date and conduct site risks assessments of your premise as required; (e) arrange for the appropriate stationary to be delivered to you before your first Service if possible* (*if this is not possible, the stationary will be supplied at the first Service); and (f) sign the Cash Services Agreement (after receiving a copy signed by you) and forward a copy to you for your records. 5. Services can usually commence within 10 business days after all documentation has been received from you and the above steps have taken place successfully. Once all is set up and arranged successfully we will forward you a welcome pack that will contain some important information and instructions such as: (g) your Armaguard Customer Number – this is the unique number you will need to use in all of your dealings with Armaguard; (h) details on how to pay for your change supply and Armaguard invoices; (i) information on how to access and use Armaguard’s online change ordering system; and (j) information on your obligations as a customer having regard to the type of service you will receive. Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to your request, please find below a step-by-step guide to the process for appointing Armaguard as your Cash In Transit (CIT) Service Provider and an Armaguard Quote Request form.

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for Armaguard to provide a quote for your requested CIT Services.

1. Please complete the attached Armaguard Quote Request – Ongoing Cash Services form (Quote Request) detailing services requested. Please note all information requested on the form is mandatory and failure to supply the information may result in a delay in Armaguard providing you with its quote.

2. Once you have completed the Quote Request, please either fax or email your completed Quote Request to Armaguard Customer Service Centre. If you email the Quote Request, you will receive an automatic email response to advise you that your email has been received. You will soon receive another email to notify you that an incident has been created. Please keep note of the incident number should you need to follow up on your request. Two Key Safe Rental

A Two Key Safe can be rented from Armaguard for a weekly fee. Two Key Safes keep your cash secure and insured up to an approved limit (T&C’s apply). Two keys are required to open a Two Key Safe. One key is kept at your premises, whilst the second key is held by Armaguard. Both keys must be used together to successfully clear cash contents.
