The assignment

• I went to 6 different stores.• All of them sell different stuffs.• I took a picture where I try to show the

opportunities to improve or the insight they are exploding.

1st Store• Insight:

Elegant men in his middle age who wants to be in a relaxed environment (like his living room), serviced by the owners, they don’t care the price and they care about their family opinion.

It had a sofa, inviting to relax and a fountain in the back ground.

• Opportunity:

There were some elements out of order or careless (like a part of the wall that was not painted).

2nd Store• Insight:

A men who wants to find everything for his car and his house.

It has wide hallways, so that he can go through all the products.

• Opportunity:

All the products were stocked in the display place. That confuses the costumers, they may be stop looking at something new, because everything is repeated.

3rd Store• Insight:

Parents who wants to find something new and funny for their kids with a good price.

It has a lot of products to select and you can watch out your kids while buying.

• Opportunity:

All the products are too close in the clothes rack and they have no order.That confuses the costumers and the salespersons to show their products. That may cause the customer tiredness and lack of interest in looking or buying.

4th Store• Insight:

Women who wants to buy something to satisfy their ego and hedonistic desires.

The light, the display of the products and the pictures show a beautiful way of living and it is a place that attracts costumers to go in.

• Opportunity:

The hallways are too small. When I went in the store, 5 women did so and there were no place for all.I was obliged to change the direction and path, making me choose the look at the cheaper products.

5th Store• Insight:

Women who wants to buy comfortable but fashionable cloths whit a bohemian style.

The display of the products in the stained glass window was coherent with the decoration inside the store. It was very bright and inspiring.

• Opportunity:

There was a sign that blocked the free entrance. And at the same time it had so many things written, that it was not possible to read it while you were walking trough the door.They needed a better place to put the offers.

6th Store• Insight:

Men who are looking for something sporty to be like their models to be.

The display of the products are beside a giant picture of a recognized worldwide sportsmen. They transmits an inspiring situation of fulfillment to the costumer.

• Opportunity:

The light is too hard.

It does not invite the costumer to expend a lot of time there and with that kind of light is quite difficult trying to imagine an outdoor sport.

The music was not properly. Instead of the radio, I would have chosen the music of an inspiring class at the gym.
