Plan Review – Evaluation of architectural and structural plans to identify incorrect, missing or ambiguous details that may negatively impact pricing for a project Specification Review – Writing and editing project specifications to properly align desired product performance while clarifying important aesthetic requirements

Subcontractor Vetting – Evaluation of subcontractors’ capacity and capability to perform work as well as project plans and coordination requirements
Lean Methods – Lead adoption of lean methods involving the entire team to avoid interruptions, non-value adds, and then benchmark results
