What is an IPad
Apple saw a need for a smaller more efficient handheld computer to replace Microsoft’s notebook.
They developed a small handheld computer that weighs 1.5 pounds and fits on a table or in a bag.
The IPad was anticipated even before it was released for sale. Success media coverage made the IPad the new device to own.
Why do I need an IPad in my classroom?
The IPad can download complete textbooks and the information can be updated to give the student the most current information. No more outdated information.
What else can an IPad Do ?
Is IPad cost effective?
Is there applications we can download?
How do I know the IPad will not be replaced with a newer technology or can Apple upgrade the IPad?
