APC STP is skid mounted system The tank structures are made of polyethylene material mounted on steel skids while the whole machinery and control equipments are

integrated in the Mechanical-control room.

A Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) is a unique process technology. The liquid-solid phase separation is carried out

by a membrane, that retains bacteria and virus.

Process Sequence-Equalization-Anoxic Zone-Aeration Process-Membrane Tank-Final Tank-Sludge Recircul.-Excess Sludge

Set of balance tanks are provided to handle peak time flow capacity and to maintain steady flow to

the treatment plant throughout the day.

The biological treatment is based on attached growth Activated Sludge Process having anoxic and aeration basin with the following facilities:

- Phosphorous minimization.- Denitrification process- Nitrification and carbonaceous removal

The MicroClear MBR filter is a submerged ultra filtration module made of robust polyethylene flat plates covered on both sides with

ultra filtration membranes.

- bacteria and virus retention 6 log steps (99,9999%)- low BOD no nutrition no regrowth of bacteria- exceeding the standard recycled water quality - no particles, turbidity < 1 NTU (drinking water standard) - no final clarifier- smaller aeration tank due to higher sludge concentration (8 g/l)
