rant

y

Wewarrantgoodqualityandcarefulexecutionofthesuppliedgoodsforaperiodof12monthfromdateofhandingoverrespectivegoodsto

customerorthethirdpartywhichisresponsiblefortransportationorshipmentofrespectivegoods.Thiswarrantyexclusivelycomprisesthe

lackofdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfortheaforementionedperiod.Weareobligedtorepairorreplacedefectivepartsfortheduration

ofthewarrantyperiodonourownexpense.Defectivepartsshallbesenttousbycustomersolelyonhisowncosts,especiallybycarriagepaid.

Creditofthepartsshallbereserved.Ourwarrantydoesnotcovernaturalwearofcomponents.Wearenotliablefordamageor

consequentialdamagecausedbymisuse,neglect,excessiveuseorfailuretofollowoperatinginstructions.Ourentirewarrantyshallexpire

immediatelywhenchangesorrepairsaremadewithoutourwrittenconsent.WarrantyclaimsunderSection437GermanCivilCodewhichcan

beclaimedinadditiontothewarrantyliabilityofthesuppliershallexpireafteroneyearfromdeliveryofthegoods.

Ourstatementsinregardtothetermsandscopeofdelivery,application(e.g.dimensions,weight,hardnessandcharacteristics)arepurely

descriptiveanddonotconstituteguaranteedcharacteristics.Thevaluesquotedareintendedforguidanceandunlessspecificallyagreedtothe

contrary,theyaresubjecttothevariationstypicalforsuchquotationsinthetrade.Thecharacteristicsareonlyconsideredguaranteedinsofar

goodsmustbereportedbythecustomer.

Ifthecustomerfallsinarrearsinpayment,weareentitledtoreclaimtherightofownershiptothedeliveredgoodsasaprecaution.Thisclaim
