What Is A Session Fee?

Session fees cover everything that goes into creating that perfect image including:

• Time and talent of the photographer.• Travel, location scouting and setup (on-location sessions).• Studio preparation (studio sessions)• Pre-session consultation.• Setup of a private online gallery to view your proofs• Your choice of an in person or by phone ordering session to ensure your final order is exactly

what you want.

Please Note: Each session includes up to three subjects (animal or human). Additional subjects will each incur a $25.00 fee that includes additional shooting time. If you have a large group please inquire about special pricing. Fees for “Full Sessions” do not cover any prints or products.

Full Sessions

Studio Session ($95.00)

Includes a 1 to 2 hour session at my studio. There will be professional lighting and several backdrops to choose from. Includes a private online gallery with 20-30 fully edited photos from which to choose your order.

On-Location Session ($175.00)

Includes is a 1 to 2 hour session at the location of your choosing. Indoors or outdoors. You will receive a private online gallery with 20-30 fully edited photos from which to choose your order. Indoor locations must have adequate natural light, which will be determined by the photographer at your pre-session consultation.

On-Location Studio Session ($275.00)

I offer this option for clients that will feel more comfortable having their studio photos taken in a familiar place. Includes a 1 to 2 hour studio session at the location of your choosing. I will bring professional studio lighting equipment and backdrops and shoot a studio session in the privacy and comfort of your own home (or other indoor area). You will receive a private online gallery with 20-30 fully edited photos from which to choose your order. At least a 15x15 space with working power outlets is needed for the studio to be set up.

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are designed for clients on a budget or clients who only want a small number of images and prints from their session.  Mini Sessions give you the opportunity to capture your loved ones in professional photographs with a smaller investment of funds and time.

Studio Mini Session ($140.00)

Includes a 30 minute session at my studio with professional lighting and several backgrounds to choose from.  You will also receive a private online gallery with 7 to 10 fully edited images from which to choose your order. Also included are the following prints and products: Three Gift Prints of your choice and 2 web friendly digital copies of your choice. If you would like to add anything to your order you will receive 10% off all A La Carte items.

On-Location Mini Session ($200.00)

Includes a 30 minute session at the location of your choosing, a private online gallery with 7 to 10 fully edited images from which to choose your order and the travel, location scouting and setup time for the photographer. Indoor locations must have adequate natural light, which will be determined by the photographer at your pre-session consultation. Also included are the following prints and products: Three Gift Prints of your choice and 2 web friendly digital copies of your choice. If you would like to add anything to your order you will receive 10% off all A La Carte items.

 

Special Sessions

Friends Forever Session ($60.00)

This session is reserved for terminally ill pets. The session can be booked very quickly because too often time is of the essence in these situations. It gives a grieving family an opportunity to capture images of their pets when they know they will not be with them much longer. Pets give us so much and they are definitely not with us long enough. This session includes up to a 1 hour session at the location of your choosing. Indoors, outdoors or at the studio. Includes a private online gallery with 20 to 30 fully edited photos from which to choose your order. You will also receive two complimentary gift prints of your choice.
