A b o u t U s

Amreli Steels is one of the largest

manufacturers of steel reinforcement

bars in Pakistan. Situated in the industrial

hub of Karachi, our plant uses one of the

most modern re-rolling mill technologies

in the industry and is capable of continuously

producing straight bars upto 35 tons per

hour. This translates into an annual

production capacity of 1,50,000 metric

tons.We use state- of- the- art equipment

and our high degree of automation

enables us to produce high quality

products that falls well within established

international standards.

high quality billets processed in our meltshop that are then transferred to our rolling mill where

we are manufacturing the next generation 500MPA High Strength Deformed Bars (Xtreme G-500),

the backbone of modern construction throughout the world.

Amreli Steels products are manufactured from our own prime quality steel billets. We are producing the

following types of reinforcement steel bars as per the British and American quality standards:

Xtreme G-500At present, we roll sizes ranging from 9.5mm to 40mm diameter, in regular and specific lengths as per customer

requirements. Amreli Xtreme G-500 is the ace of modern construction. The imposing skylines of mega cities like

Dubai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok bear testimony to the popularity of 500 MPA bars.

Deformed Steel Bars

We roll steel bars Grade 60 conforming to ASTM A615 (American Standard for Testing and Materials) in sizes

ranging from 10mm to 40mm in standard 12 meter lengths. We also roll specific lengths in these sizes on order.

These bars are rolled from our own manufactured steel billets and are quality assured for consistency & reliability.

1. High design yield strength of 500 MPA(72500 psi) (Min).

4. All bar sizes are rolled to a very close tolerance(possible on a fully computerized and automatic rolling mill)so that customers get more meters of steel per ton morevalue for money without having to sacrifice structural integrity. Estimated saving 0.5%.

5. De-scaled bars have better bonding with concrete and less wastage at site. Estimated savings 0.5%.

6. Xtreme bars are safely weldable under field conditions. Another 0.5% to 1.5% of steel is saved by avoiding large splices.

7. The bars are needle straight, thanks to the continuous line, tension free rolling facility deployed at ASL.

Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance has certified Amreli Steel’s manufacturing facility for the ISO 9001

Quality Management System. We provide a 100% quality guarantee on our products and strive to exceed

our customers’ expectations. At Amreli Steels great emphasis is placed on rigid quality control standards.

Our testing facilities include an electro-hydraulic universal testing machine with a testing capacity of

200 & 100 tons respectively. The staff of the testing facility is professionally trained by foreign experts to

operate the machines and deliver accurate results.
