Multicultural Information and Referral Services (HACC) We work with clients in identifying their needs, provide information and arrange referrals.

Multicultural Brokerage Services We provide culturally appropriate home care services to elderly people from multicultural communities.

Multicultural Senior Support Services » Planned Activity Group

We provide activities that bring together older people from diverse backgrounds to socialise with people from their own culture.

» Respite for Carers We enable carers of older people and people with disabilities to have a break.

» Visiting Programs We provide culturally appropriate visiting services to socially isolated Polish elderly and persons with disabilities.

Multicultural Emergency Relief Services We provide support to people and families in the community who experience financial difficulties.

We provide information, advice and services to people and communities from diverse backgrounds to reach their full potential.
